overall i do like the hotel and the staff bends over backwards to help guests but i am not a fan of the rooftop resto bar. it is, in fact, a restaurant masquerading as a resto bar. upon arrival the greeters makes one feel (my experience on two occasions) as though they are being put out when you show up and state that you simply want to have a drink and take in the views. there is no bar area to speak of and even if you do manage to sit in the small designated bar space, be prepared for the stools to disappear at any moment (my experience on one occasion) for no apparent reason. staff are cordial but clearly focused on getting drinks prepared for table orders, so prepared to be an afterthought. furthermore, there is no standing or mingling area. in summary, it is designed and operated as a place for dinner/drinks but not for casual socializing and mingling. any claims to the contrary the hotel might make, are, simply not true.

Corner room with club access. Room was great with spa bath. Club access dissappointing as very few snacks and not much choice for drinks. We attempted to have dinner one night but twp of my choices were not available which is not good. Goid location in Nana. Would stay again.

Honestly, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff is amazing and helpful, property is luxury in the heart of night life. With an amazing restaurant and amenities. I cant see myself staying anywhere else. Is even better than the pictures

Really disappointed in this hotel. Booked because of positive reviews and hotel shuttle. It wasn't until after we booked that we were told the price of the shuttle, which was 3 times the price we ended up paying for a normal taxi from the airport. Hotel was fine, we were told we were upgraded but the room seemed very similar to what we paid for. But most frustratingly I thought I was paying at the property and was surprised to find that my card was charged a "pre-authorisation" without my knowledge days before my stay, when I asked about it was reassured that it would be released. First it was 14 days, then 21 days, then 21 working days and most recently 30 days post check out. It's been over that and the charge has still not been released on my account despite contacting the hotel multiple times. Had an amazing holiday but this has been such a let down and pretty stressful so most definitely would not recommend.

The staff at the front along with the concierge were great and very helpful. They speak with a lot of respect. The room was perfect for me as a solo traveller, AC was feeling great, breakfast is highly encouraged and the location of the hotel is in a perfect spot where you can walk to everything. Thank you!
