Staff absolutely fantastic couldn’t be any more helpfull.The young girl who cleans floor 13 is such a nice person. Got a 2 late check out for free that really help us with everything that’s being going on in the world. Great location at the heart of everything Room spotlessly clean comfortable bed can’t fault this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. The bts is at the bottom of the street and the mrt is 10 minutes walk the opposite way. Thank you for a fantastic 8 nights of pure peaceful luxury

Check in super fast and breakfast is always very good with great selection of cuisine. front desk check in desk Benya was super helpful and Dang was always so happy to see us and helped us many times. Location is a 10 min walk to Nana Station.

Room is nice and had a great view from the 18th floor however you will hear the noise from the bar late into the night from above. Breakfast was great and club lounge was worth it. The area of the hotel is near transportation, shopping, massage and the red light district. One free drink per person was explained away as the welcome juice they provided on check in. Otherwise a nice stay.

Our stay at Aira Hotel Bangkok unfortunately wasn’t our favorite. We were placed in a corner room that felt very congested, and the hotel had two beds pushed together to create a makeshift king, which was a bit odd and uncomfortable. The overall condition of the property was just okay. The rooftop bar is nice, but the drinks were extremely expensive, and the elevators often took a long time to arrive. I also didn’t love the location. It felt far from places like MBK Mall and about a mile from Terminal 21, and the surrounding area had a lot of dingy bars. We actually ended up moving to a different hotel in the area for our last two nights in Bangkok and had a much better experience.

Fantastic Hotel. Front desk check in was fast and smooth with Tong providing us with excellent service and a very welcoming arrival. Dang and Big were helpful in our tour itinerary. Breakfast is amazing and the manager was so friendly and helpful in any requests. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great hotel!

We were checked in by Tong and he provided us with a wonderful room and made the check in so pleasant. The breakfast is amazing and staff is so accommodating at breakfast. Front desk manager Hero was really helpful in helping us change rooms and we were so grateful for his efforts in this. This hotel is wonderful.

Good spacious rooms, very clean, nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The only bummer was the pool. The area is such is nice but the water was not clean and the pool bar service level and quality of drinks was not close to expected from that (very high) price level

The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, accommodating, and nice. The only cons are the elevators and the area - too small and sometimes you have to wait a while to get upstairs. As for the area - it’s a very touristy location so expect a lot of traffic if taking a grab car. But the area is also very close to a lot of the malls such as Siam, Terminal 21, Emsphere, Emsquatier, and MBK. Overall, great hotel.
