The rooms are clean, the staff are very attentive to customers. Near Bang Saen roundabout, easy to find things to eat, there is parking, the cleaning staff are smiling and clean. There are 2 bottles of drinking water per day. With 1 bag of snacks, cool air conditioning, comfortable sleep, on the 2nd floor, not too loud, can see the sea a little, I really like it. I have the opportunity to think of this place as the first place.

The rooms are great. We've stayed at UJ many times when visiting Bang Saen. It's conveniently located near a 7-Eleven, motorbike rentals, and only 500 meters from the beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The location is excellent; it's not deep in an alley, just a short turn and you'll find it. There's parking for both cars and motorbikes. We love it! The rooms are spacious, clean, and smell amazing – a really clean scent. There are plenty of charging outlets throughout the room, a hairdryer, refrigerator, sofa, kettle, instant coffee, cookies, bottled water, liquid soap and shampoo, TV, and free WiFi. The bed is wide and comfortable for two people. The room has a minimalist design, and we especially love the clean, fresh scent. Highly recommend! It's only 500 baht (including 7% tax, it's around 530 baht depending on the booking app, but the price is really good). It's incredibly good value. If you're looking for affordable and good value accommodation, I highly recommend it. The air conditioning is ice cold, the lights are bright, and the staff are helpful and responsive. There's a 200 baht deposit when you receive the key card (cash or scan), which is returned upon check-out. This has become our go-to place to stay whenever we're in Bang Saen. It's right across from Burapha University. Just walk across the pedestrian bridge and you'll find it. It's very convenient. You can take a red songthaew (shared taxi) and get off right away. There's a waiting area before check-in. If you check in before 2 PM, it's 100 baht per hour. For example, if you arrive at 10 AM and want to check in right away, it will be counted until 2 PM (it depends on what's convenient for you. Checking in early might be useful for those who want to rest or unpack their luggage). I stayed in room 103, which wasn't bad. It's on the first floor. No ghosts! 👻 Haha, ghosts come around to almost every room. It's safe. I slept well because I came back drunk every night, haha. There was no disturbance because the place has many monthly rentals and people stay there regularly. There's also a separate hotel-style area on the second floor, which is also okay. I've stayed there before; it has a balcony. I recommend it! Come stay here!

We stayed on December 1, 64, sea view room (Room S5), booked through the app, no breakfast. - We checked in around 3:30 p.m. The staff recommended the keys and shoe lockers. But before we can enter the room, it will be a long time. Because the room is on the 5th floor, having to walk up, try to open the room for a long time, but can't open it, so call. In conclusion, the staff gave the wrong key. Had to wait to bring it up to change again - the room size is good, but it's very hot because we check in in the late afternoon. and the curtains were opened. Must use a key card to plug in the air conditioner to work. - The air conditioner is a bit old. Give the little time to cool down - The bed is very soft, comfortable to sleep - The room is above the height of the electric pole. Makes you see the sea view clearly, not being blocked. **Beautiful view, very impressive. - The lights in the room are orange. except in the bathroom When you make up, you have to open the curtain. It's better. - Bathroom accessories are complete. - There is an air bubble machine in the room with instructions for use. But when we go, there is dust on the scrubber as well. But it's activated normally. - There is a kettle, coffee, 1 sachet, Ovaltine (or Milo, not sure) 1 sachet of water is already immersed in the refrigerator. (This one is very impressive because some are not soaked) - near 7-11 and many cafes - near the liquor store At night, people sit by the sea and look at the view a lot, but not noisy. - In the morning, the atmosphere is very good. Disadvantages (which we think are not really okay) - Walking shoes in the hotel do not adhere to the floor. When walking, I have to hold my feet all the time because I'm afraid of slipping down the stairs. I want you to consider the shoes as well.
