The rooms in this building (garden view) have an old exterior and look more like staff quarters or student classrooms than a hotel room. Those further back, next to the staff housing, look even more like that. I've stayed in this building twice, and the room location is not good.

The pool villa was terrible. There were lots of big mosquitoes, the floor in the downstairs hall wasn't cleaned well, and the balcony was very dusty. The tap water was yellow, and most importantly, there were power outages. They didn't call to inform us; we had to call them. Think carefully before deciding to stay here. The rooms in the main building might be better, but the villa is awful and not worth the money.

This is my 3rd time staying here, but it was the worst experience. With a villa for almost 6,000 per night. Booked two villas. I would like to summarize the two rooms that I encountered as follows: Pros - On the beach, convenient Cons - The smell of seafood in the previous person's accommodation, until checking out, the smell was still there (probably accumulated in the air conditioner for a long time) - The air conditioner was not cool, had to call the staff to fix it, refill the air conditioner fluid. - Lots of mosquitoes in the room - Extra bed, paid an additional 550.-, but had to call the staff 2 times and waited for the bed to come for 3 hours. I personally really value cleanliness. But it was really bad. Note: Staying during the festival, it is understandable that the service may be a bit slow, no problem. But the cleanliness in the room is really not good.

Walk to find the building by yourself, no porter, walk 3 times, go up to the wrong building, give one key card, no elevator, stay in room 2206, can't see the sea. Open the balcony to see the Jamjuree tree. There's no view at all. Delicious breakfast, the TV is not clear, the next round will go to stay somewhere else.

Considered okay, if booking through the App, it will be cheaper than walk-in, about 1,000 baht, choose to stay in a new building. Near the sea and near the pool will not be disappointed, convenient parking, safe, close to Seven, near the sea, near the counter.
