Romantic Vacation

Room was not clean when we checked in. Sheets were slightly dirty and there were blood stains on the mattress cover. However we asked them to change it and they gave us a complimentary plate of fruits. Pros: The Staffs are nice and friendly. Cons: 1. There is no safety lock for the room door. 2. Water entered the room when it rained heavy. Entered through the windows though they were closed. 3. Its a distance from the hotel to the main road. Some taxis always miss the turning. Some don't want to drive in.

Romantic Vacation

Everything is good except laundry which is not free and the economic room did not have microwave you cannot get food back to room to eat in late night. As my perception of residence is feeling like home, but it seems like staying in hotel. The neighbor make a noisy activities and noisy conversation along the night. However, everything is okay for staying but not impressive as last time or as compared to other serviced apartment

Family vacation

I like the quiet environment and it is quite near to the MRT. The room we stayed was recently renovated and it was clean. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Overall, the stay was great. Our apartment was clean albeit a little old, full looking at certain corners. The place was tucked in a quiet alley, and was a short walk to the MRT but I wished there was a simple buggy or shuttle that brings us to Terminal 21. Small ask but it would be nice for at least twice a day since the premise has a fair number of apartment units / rooms. The 7-11 at the front of the alley was really convenient! Overall, I will come back.

Family vacation

They said the standard room was full, so they upgraded our room for free. Responsible👍 Super nice room, spacious and clean. We had a good night sleep. Towel, bottles of mineral water, and basic amenities was provided. The receptionist also nice. Location near MRT (not BTS) and Makkasan Airport Railway, also near convenience store and water taxi station. Probably will stay here again, when we come back to Bangkok.
