B52 Beach Resort

So dirty no bar or restaurant which was shown on the booking page very bad all the way around.

I was also fooled by the old pictures, place looks run down. With a little effort could by a lot better. The ladies who clean the rooms are great but everyone else looks like theyd rather be anywhere else. I had a conjoining room (which indidnt ask for, but whatever) and could hear everything in the next room over. Which was annoying. Place has potential, but it aint it.

A great place to stay , a quiet beach is right out your front door and many dining options are a short walk away! Very friendly staff! I would definitely go back

Rooms in really poor condition. Safe wasn't working. No hot water. Bedsheets looked dirty. Walkways full of water.

I enjoyed my stay there so much that i ended up staying there for over 2 weeks. It was the perfect location for me. Everything was within walking distance even though I rented a scooter. Highly recommend the place.

Perfect location. Its within a 10 mins walk from Ton Sala Pier & town. You don't really need a scooter unless you want to explore the island. Its very quiet. Most guests use it as a base to explore the island. No loud noise or parties. Few backpackers. Mostly couples. Hotel is beachfront. It has a lovely infinity swimming pool. Pam at the reception is very kind & nice.

Loved it, really nice on beach, with Great host pam. I recommend it.

Its covid times so difficult to have all services available. However be prepared for little help for anything. No food , and its a kilometre from shops so you need to hire a bike. The place is run down and in need of maintenance everywhere but it is also pretty cheap. Pool to dirty to swim in. Beds and a/c acceptable.

It was affordable, comfortable and clean but older and the bathroom had an odour. Staff was very friendly.

We found this property to be well priced and easy to find would recommend, would use again.

The property was nice and I liked the individual bungalows. However, when we arrived we didn’t get two beds in the room as we had requested so they gave us a new room which was significantly smaller, no kettle for the coffee and tea they provided, and no TV as advertised. The pool looked great, but the water appeared black so nobody wanted to swim in it. The beachfront was nice though.

Very dirty

DO NOT STAY HERE. I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserved one. Before even checking in the entire walkway in was flooded making it impossible to even navigate. There were people working loudly everywhere. The check in staff were less than friendly and after taking forever I finally got to my room. The 'jacuzzi' outside wasn't even working and looked like it hadn't been used in months. Upon entering I was disgusted. It smelled horribly and the entire bathroom walls and shower were covered with thousands of red ants. I picked up my bag and left. After making me wait almost an hour, I was not offered a refund or any money back. There was another couple in the "lobby" (everything was under construction), experiencing the same issues and also disgusted with their room. I write this to warn future travellers.

Staff was lovely and accommodating. Food is delicious and the view is spectacular/ especially after one of the islands epic parties. Ban Sabaii right down the street 👌😜

Not too far from the pier and shops restaurants etc. Staff were helpful and friendly. They ordered us taxi and moped to rent to the hotel. The bungalows were average condition as they are quite old but were clean and we had fresh bed sheets and clean towels daily. Small pool overlooking the sea.

This please was good and bad. Our bungalo would have been great if it didn't leak in three different areas of the room. One was literally right above the toilet. Also there are no free welcome drinks! They have welcome juice. Bit misleading. Not the best location but decently close to pier, I'd only stay here if you needed to be close to that and no other places are available.

I ordered a pool villa in order to relax in the water after a long day of flights and boat. The picture was promising and the description as well (deep water pool it sais) but... When I entered the property it hit me ...no water relaxing today... the "deep water" pool turns out to be a...jacuzzi, an empty one. I asked to fill it up although it is not the promised land but I was explained they are facing some technical issues with it. I gave up swimming that night and asked the very nice stuff to fix it for the next day. When I woke up in the morning I heard the sound of the running water and I saw that the "deep water pool" is filling up. I set off happily for my trip and expected to return after a long day and relax in the "pool". When I got back that evening I was very disapointed...the water ran out. It seems like the "technical issue" was not fixed. On check out I mentioned that I didn't get what I ordered ...I got a "Villa" and not a "deep water pool villa" as I ordered not mentioning that the vast promiss of deep pool turns out to be a modest jacuzzi. I just asked to pay for what I got. The stuff talked to the owner "pam" and she agreed to "compensate" me with an amount of 1/6 of the difference between the price of the villa and the deep water pool villa. After I tried to talk to her and explain the issue she doubled the compensation to a sum of a 1/3 of the difference between the room rates. Thats not a way to treat customers.
