Great location, quiet stay, mostly families and couples. Very nice staff, intimate sized pool but overall a very cozy stay in the heart of Chiang Mai. Thank you!

Good value and good location

Warm welcome from staff on arrival and all through our stay. Clean room. Nice size bed. Decent choice at breakfast. Cold pool for chilling after hit busy days sightseeing. Lovely, traditional teak house hotel - calm and quiet even though on a main one-way street. Well located for visiting sights, markets, night bazaar.

This was my second time staying here. Nice location right on the main street. This hotel has a nice old style field to it. My room phone doesn't work at all, was told by the front desk that this happened to most of the room. They need a good electrician. My shower drain also slow, especially when I wash my hair and the soap scum stayed. It drains slowly so I shut off the water then turn it on again once it all drained. Overall it was a nice stayed except for my last night I got disturbed by another traveler next door. He complains that the TV in my room was too loud for him to sleep. I told him I have it on volume 8-10, which it is pretty low. He keeps knocking on the wall several times before he came out of his room to confront me. I advised him to get an ear plugs since all the hotel has a thin wall. As a traveler he should know better. I am a light sleeper so I do hear everything. The bed is comfortable. I leave one of the panel door to the bathroom open since it does smell moldy when it is all closed up. I have asthma so I am sensitive to the smell as well.

Second time staying here and it was just as beautiful - from the service to the cleanliness!

The hotel was great, the staff was friendly and it’s in a great location. There are many places to walk to for food and shopping or you can take a taxi/tuk tuk anywhere in the city.

This hotel was in a perfect location to walk to the locals markets and restaurants! Everything within a 15 minute walk and the hotel was very lovely! The room was a little small but did the job!

Great location. Walkable to night markets, many restaurants and coffee shops. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel has a rustic authentic vibe and is clean. Rooms were decent. Pool is functional. The bug lotion in the room came in handy. I would recommend.
