1. The bathroom is not cleaned. The faucet cannot be removed from the shower. 2. Breakfast cannot be refilled. 3. The TV signal is not clear. Watching TV is not clear. 4. Internet connection is often dropped. 5. The view from the room is not reasonable.

I have a good stayed with my Mom and celebrate a Mother's day but please improve for the service of the receptionist staff during my checked out on 13 Aug 2018 due to not smile not greeting no farewell no nothing. You hotel is good locations and nice view but only need to attention to the lady at receptionist during the checked out me. Other, a shower water pressure in room 202 was not properly.
