ไม่มีพนักงานและเจ้าหน้าที่เลย ขอความช่วยเหลืออะไรไม่ได้เลย โทรไปหาเบอร์ฉุกเฉิน ตอน 7.45 น. เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่า 11.00 น. ถึงจะมาช่วยได้ ผมจ่ายเงินเพื่อมาพัก หวังจะได้รับการบริการที่ดีในระดับนึง แต่สิ่งที่ได้รับคือผมไม่สามารถไปทำธุระได้ทันเวลา ทำให้งานผมต้องเสียหาย ผมรู้สึกผิดหวังและเสียใจเป็นอย่างมาก ผมใช้บริการแอปฯนี้มาโดยตลอดครั้งนี้ทำให้ผมลดความเชื่อมั่น หากขอเงินคืนได้ก็ดีครับ แต่ก็ไม่คุ้มกับงานและเวลาที่เสียไป และมีลูกค้าที่นั่งรอเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านในอีกจำนวนหนึ่งเช่นกัน

It ' s quite okay. The only downside is the bathroom. My room was on the first floor and male bathroom is on the second fkoor. Too tiring to go back and forth.

Nice location, front desk shift 2 cute and helpful. The toilet was very dirty, room very noisy, the laughter was loud all night, the shoes had to be left downstairs and I was lost and many other things. The hotel is not safe for yourself and your belongings. I had a really bad vacation 🤧.
