Overall good. View is great, and that is unbeatable from any other hotel if you like the park view. However staff can be more professional for a 5 star hotel, they seem to more friendly to white customer than Asian which is not that great for my POV. e.g the hotel manager hold small talk with the French in the lift but didn’t even acknowledge my existence and say hi, things like that it’s a bit strange.

Wow, outstanding hotel! We did not want to leave. The staff were absolutely incredible, so helpful and kind. The hotel and rooms were meticulously clean and cared for. Rooftop bar was gorgeous (just like the hotel itself). Food was delicious anywhere we ate. Gym was fantastic. There’s a courtesy shuttle (tuk tuk) that will take you to nearby destinations if needed. I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars and I can’t wait to go back!
