Great budget hotel clean and in a great location

The staff were very good. Plastic parts were falling off the door and the soap dispensary. There’s was no way to contact the front desk from the room. The location was very good for the price you pay. Considering what I paid I would say it’s a solid 4 star experience. Thank u very much.

The first room I was put in (Room 528) had terrible AC. It was warmer inside that room with the AC on than it was outside. However, I asked to switch rooms and they immediately let me, so I moved to room 526. Much better AC in there! Next issue popped up, the room next door clearly had 4-5 drunk Thai people talking with music on until 2am. I was fortunate to have high quality earplugs that block about 32 decibels of sound and managed to fall asleep regardless, but I doubt the average person would be able to who was less prepared. Oh yeah, and I was using the WiFi for study on my university lessons, which involved teams calls to my university in the UK, and unfortunately, after the first two lessons, the hotel decided to throttle my Internet down to a snails pace, so I got a fast mobile data plan. The food in the hotel restaurant was very pricey for what you get too. A fried egg, and some small slices of meat and salad with some toast. Oh yeah, the bathroom door latch hole had been installed beyond where the door could swing in 528, so you can't lock the bathroom door and there was a coat hanger/doostopper behind the bathroom door in 526 that hadn't ever been screwed in, so it just sat loose in the hole & could be pulled out easily. Just a bit of a sloppy hotel that's all. Perhaps monthly quality inspections need to become a habit? Overall, it was still pretty decent hotel though, and it's not far from most things after a 10-15minute walk, and the staff were excellent!

Nice location

Very nice clean hotel at a great price. Central location and easy access to night markets, day markets and all the restaurant options you can ask for. Easy access to the BKK rail system which is a short train ride to a lot of attractions including Icon Siam.

The room was very small there were no toiletries I had to go ask for toilet paper when they cleaned the room they don’t even give more toilet paper or make the bed up just emptied the trash and gave me 2 towels. The AC doesn’t work unless you have the key card in the wall

I paid $50 a night. What do I expect? Very happy

Fair to say the least. Very noisy air condition unit in room. Difficult to sleep if like me you are a light sleeper. Close to most amenities. No water, had a kettle but no teaspoon or tea or coffee. Better options in vicinity.

Would like a shower that had fully closed doors so the floor didnt get wet. A more powerful exhaust fan would be better too

1 No breakfast or even an eating area even though advertised as have breakfast luch and dinner 2 tv did not work at all for first 2 nights so was moved to another room for the 3rd night 3 New room there were huge blood stains all along the bottom of the doona which i didn't see until morning and had already slept in bed i reported to supervise and showed her she agreed it was horrible and offered free transport to airport i have video and photo proof. I checked out and have booked other accommodation for the rest of the week 4 it is above a very large marijuana shop so must walk through a cloud of ppl smoking weed to come and go

A great property. It was quiet and very well located. The exterior of the property is adorned with unique lighting that was one of the reasons I booked along with modern rooms and comfortable beds.
