The hotel is centrally located in Bangkok's Silom district, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, Lumphini park. Staff are very nice and my room on the 11th floor looked new. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay, especially for the price I paid. Definitely recommended

Pom was very friendly, accommodating and did a fantastic job with making sure my requests were made along with a clean and fresh room. Each staff I encountered was friendly and pleasant, always with a smile and happy! Shout out to Jirawan, Sagaow, Jib, Dream, and Ton Mai for their excellence in service ❤️

This was my second time staying here. The room is spacious, there is a kitchen, and I like the bathtub on the balcony. The staff are all friendly and work quickly. The breakfast is delicious and the menu changes slightly every day. There are many shortcuts from the hotel, so you can avoid traffic jams and it is in a quiet area. The room was cleaned well and kept clean. It is a 5-minute walk to the nearest convenience store, but if you just want a drink, the vending machine next to the lobby entrance is very convenient. I look forward to staying here again.

Superb hotel in great location in central Silom near almost everything a tourist could want. I booked a Premier room for 3 nights and was delighted when the young lady receptionist offered me an Executive room on the top floor which had an amazing view. 2 slight negatives. The sauna’s did not work and my room had a mini kitchen but no crockery etc.

Rooms were old and worn but service was good. We originally were placed in a smoking room in a bad location - double bad. They immediately moved us to an upgraded room in a nonsmoking area which we appreciated. We appreciated their willingness to help call taxis and the location was great, just a quick walk to food and the skytrain station!

Cleaning lady was always so sweet and took great care of me. Front door staff was very friendly and eager to assist. Would stay here again.

VERY SCARY. The doorbell rang at my room. I saw a person in the keyhole and thought it must be my friend who was in another room. I opened the door and a man pushed to get in. I pushed back and he kept his hand in the door. He said he came to get his things. He said he would only take one thing. It went on for several minutes. We called the front desk. Eventually he realized he could not get in and removed his hand from the door. The front desk sent a bellhop with a baggage cart. I told him to get the police and find the thief. The front desk called and said they could not call the police because they didn’t have the details. I told them to get all staff to look for the thief and remove him. I heard much talking in the hallway for a while. I think staff was asking someone to leave the building. There was no further information from the front desk on the situation. This response is not sufficient. In the morning the front desk had only heard that a man got the rooms mixed up. The night manager must have been covering his mistakes. Very poor communication and response. The guest who let him in the building should have been removed. The manager must do a full security assessment and implement a plan including security improvements and staff training. Day manager said he would investigate. They said there was no footage from security cameras. Very poor response and second night was not comfortable after this.

I just recently stayed at this location for seven nights. The star of this hotel are their staff, friendly, and accomodating. The service I received was stellar and big thank you to Joob, she's kind, caring, and most important to me, genuine and made my stay pleasant. I will definitely stay here next time I return to Bangkok ❤️ Thank you FuramaXclusive 😊

An enjoyable stay again at my hotel of choice whenever I visit BKK. Have stayed here many times over the years. The staff are helpful and unobtrusively friendly, rooms are spacious and the hotel's location can't be beat!

Definitely not the newest hotel and much is in need of updating, but I had a comfortable and quite pleasant week-long stay here. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds, the staff are all friendly, helpful, and professional, it’s very clean, and the location is very convenient. On the downside, a lot of the furniture and furnishings show their age and the elevator is very slow. All in all, I would happily stay here again!

Liked everthing about this hotel .... breakfast is worth it ... views great nice big room great shower with all the necessary amenities
