Hacienda Resort

The name of the property had changed to C & N Hotel Patong making it difficult for the taxi driver to locate.

Very nice place. Good location. Good service.cleaning. Check in check out on time. Disco around the corner working till 6 am.

Everything is good about this hotel. Hotel staff at C&N hotel were very helpful. 2 minutes of walk from Bangla Street and 5 minutea of walk from Patong beach which is one of the best beaches for swiming. Daily housekeeping services were up to the mark. They provide you two sets of bathroom towels and two sets of beach towels everyday. All tourist attractions within patong area are very walkable from this hotel. I would highly recommend this place.

Convenience and pleasant service

I could not find anything wrong with Hacienda HOWEVER this place is NOT to be recommended to anyone who want a good night of sleep. Unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it as long as the local authority allow the anti-social behaviour from certain establishment to carry on! The thumping low frequency drum beat until 06:00am is really annoying to say the least.

Basic facilities with warm water and big bed. I paid extra for the aircon which was worth every single cent. No safe box though, so bring a lock with you. And bring insect repellant. Will stay again because of the location

For the price this is a great place to stay for a few days.

Its is a very cheap and quiet place to stay. We have booked a ceiling room. It's neat and nice for us so far and we couldnt ask for me as there is no fancy swimming pool or provide breakfast which i see no point of that cause there is a beach out there and local street food. Very convenient as 5 mins walk to Junceylon Mall and 15 mins slow walk to Patong Beach.

Good cheap place

In the middle of boomtown so if you wanna head to sleep early it’s a bad idea. noisy till 3am even in the room

The stay was good. Room was nice and spacious and clean. We had a fan room but wished we had A.C. we thought it looked a little sketchy when we first saw the location through a short alley I guess you could say but was good because it was quiet. Nice close walk to many bars and restaurants, namely Bangla Street. Went to a club there called Infusion. Awesome club, we had a great time! It was annoying though because every 2 seconds walking down this street are people approaching you asking if you want to see a ping pong show. We did our research ahead of time and understand from other reviews that this is a complete scam and they tell you it's free cover you just need to buy a drink but then they hit you with a 3500 baht bill. The hotel location was also good because it was a short walk to patong beach.

Near the 'patong town' and still quiet. Lots of massage centre. Got parking space. U can sit in front of your room to eat. Cozy and comfortable.

Check in was made very easy by receptionist Tuk, who then showed me to my room and gave a demonstration of how the Aircon and everything else all worked within the room. The accommodation was basic but sufficient and I found it to be really comfortable and would definitely stay there again. Transportation back to the airport was organised by tuk too which took the stress of this organisation away from me. Simply a gem of a place.

great place to overnight near airport. Free shuttle to airport in morning was a good surprise.

This was my second time staying at this place and I think is awesome! My stay was great except that the night receptionist was useless big time! I think her name was "Toy" and I ask her to get me an early minibus and she said no multiple times cuz it take 2 hours to go to the airport and she keep saying that over and over and was trying to make me to get a taxi. I told her that everyone in the street said is just 1 hour or max 1.5 hour with traffic but her answer was GO AND FIND IT AT THE STREET AND DIDN'T HELP ME! She shouldn't work there if she is not willing to help guests. I walked out side and is a tour desk right at the corner of the hotel and it took me 5 minutes to get my mini bus reservation and it was 45 mins to the airport! Besides my situation with the useless receptionist , EVERYTHING else was fantastic! And I would totally go again cuz the price n the location is unbeatable!

Great location, walking distance to all that is needed. Front desk went out of their way to buy me a bus ticket. Quiet (except for some muffled bar noise from the streets-but that is all Patong).

Nice location, 10 minutes away from the beach, located in the main patong street. Staff aren't so friendly the lady who works at night almost yelled at us as we asked her to repeat what she said earlier. Air conditioner is really bad and you can't change the temperature.

On arrival warm welcome helpful staff I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again
