Good stay overall. Very convenient location. We lived in Bangkok for about a year and a half so we weren’t too annoyed by the activities outside the hotel; however, first time visitors may not be as understanding of the gauntlet of taxi, tuk tuk drivers, myriad people hawking watches and marijuana on the walk from the hotel to Sukhumvit. The noise levels were not too bad but again we are familiar with the roar of tuk tuk engines and thumping music into the wee hours of the night. Staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. Free breakfast was good but lacked appreciable variety over an extended period. The same menu items were on a regular rotation, but it was free and more than satisfactory. Room was promptly cleaned anytime we had the do not disturb light off and everything in the room from towels to water was stocked well.

Very good value for money. Good amenities and friendly and helpful staff made our stay very pleasant.

Very good location lots of restaurants bars right around staff was nice only thing i didn’t like was open showers no in closure

Great location with lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Hotel was clean, if a touch dated. Staff were really helpful and we had great value for money.

The breakfast was great, nice area

Single male traveler from the U.S Property was conveniently located to walk to food and entertainment. Transportation services are readily available outside of the hotel via taxi, Grab, Bolt and TukTuk. Breakfast is more like brunch. Noisier area due to traffic and tourists.

Very helpful and accommodating...friendly atmosphere.

The reception area shares space with the coffee house, which makes it a little hectic. The room was ok, a bit smaller and more dated than comparable hotels we used. Very nice staff though and amazing location close to everything. The hotel was also clean and our room was quiet. We did not use the breakfast and cannot comment to that

I have been staying at this property since it open many years ago. Comfortable rooms and great customer service. Close to skytrain and many dinning options close by

The drain in the room was clogged and smelled bad. The hair dryer stopped after 30 seconds and the air conditioner also went off and on. But the location is very convenient.
