The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly.
Clean quiet near the beach, good to eat, it is easy. The problem is that there is no parking for people who bring their own car.
Near restaurants, restaurants, convenient.
Convenient but a little time off the entrance. But if I do go backpacking.

Great atmosphere
Stayed in the Guest house for a single night together with my family. The guest house does not promise things they don't have. It's a great place to crash if you don't have high requirements for luxury and special facilities. We had a room for six people with our own bathroom. It was very simple and the water heater was defective but the air conditioning unit was working fine. The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Central location, cheap, adequate.
I stayed at Paradise about 10 days. Just from that fact, you can tell that the guest house was fine. It is located 5 minutes from the Hua Hin night market and 5 minutes the other direction to the ocean. The beach in front of the Hilton another 5 minutes. They do not tell you much at the reception, so just ask. There is a nice terrace on the 5th floor with view in all directions. The room I had 401 was small, but everything was working. There is a small fridge and TV. If you need anything, just ask. I had no problem getting some improvements, when I opened my mouth, even the receptionist English was very limited. The WiFi is working fine for me, but fellow traveler had some problem .

Fantasic Location
The rooms are great & kept very clean....service is great & a charming family atmosphere...my favourite part is the verrander where we have our coffee in the morning & start the day to relax & unwind in the evening before we go to dinner! We were well looked after & we go every year now since 2007 to date!!! Andrew C (Wimbledon )

dirty and don't care very much
we book for two nights after the peak of Songkran Festival. I regret very much. Our first room was very small on the third floor, but the heater was not working at night. then we move to the another room that has no bed sheet and full of sands. we try to get the lady Marisa to change the bed sheets and give us some convenience or comfort but she didnt think that we take it very serious (or i am crazy). we end up sleep on our own cloth and try to get comfort and leave Huahin restless. there are much better rooms in this town (at 1000THB).

Budget accommodation in a good location
The best thing about this guesthouse is the location, very central for those who like to stay in a central location like myself, only minutes walk from the beach, night market and entertainment district. The building is a strange design, tall and cylindrical, consequently you can look out of the room from both sides and view the outside world. The rooms are situated on a west- east orientation, so with windows on both sides the sun blasts into the rooms at sunrise and sunset from opposite directions. This was a negative point for me, the late afternoon sun was ok but I wasn't keen on the early morning sun shining in the room at 6am in the morning. The rooms are reasonable and the bathrooms are quite spacious. The hotel has a lobby and an outdoor patio on the first floor facing out onto the street with seating and tables. The problem is, the staff are maudlin and unwelcoming so one doesn't feel the inclination to be around them. After a few minutes of lounging on the patio I began to feel like an intruder and beat a hasty retreat. The bathrooms have a built in soap and shampoo dispensers installed but the soap dispenser was empty and there was only a tiny bit of shampoo in the shampoo dispenser so take your own soap if you do decide to stay here. I only stopped one night but the next morning I have numerous sizeable bites and welts on my torso. This could have been a mosquito or it could have been bedbugs, so I'll reserve judgement, but my partner was unaffected so a mosquito was the most likely cause. In my opinion this guesthouse is very average but bearing in mind it's budget accommodation one can't expect too much. It would have been better if the staff were friendlier, don't expect too many smiles if you choose to stay here. There's better options in the same price bracket in Hua Hin but there's also worse ones.
