Pro: - location is prime - friendly staff/receptionist - nice simple and standard room cons: - my booking price is double the price on that day! (early bird should be cheaper, no?!) - no lift on the hotel - some part of the room are dirty (sofa bed near window, balcony) - tv not working peoperly - thin wall + noisy on Sunday morning others: - not sure if this hotel is really a 3 stars hotel. more like a hostel or airbnb room.

The rooms have ants but overall they are ok. Near the tourist street, pedestrians near the airport, stop by bed before returning to Bangkok. After visiting the island to visit the island.
