A nice stay as always my 4th time. I skipped the expensive breakfast add on this time it was a waste for me last year. Proximity to everything can't be beat which is why I stay at this property. Honorable mention to the front desk team, my airline decided to leave my luggage in NYC. I provided the front desk with the contact information and my case number and they went after the airline. I received multiple updates and my GPS tracker confirmed everything that I was being told. Thank you again for going out of your way to help it made a tough situation much more tolerable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in BKK.
