The room has been upgraded to an ocean front. Very impressed. Staff are very helpful and helpful, smiling, greeting and friendly. The hotel has a variety of restaurants to choose from and is delicious. Can request Thai flavor Breakfast has a variety to choose from. The hotel is very spacious, close to Mai Khao beach, good atmosphere, big swimming pool. Suitable for relaxation There are activities to choose from while staying, making you not feel bored. Received a souvenir from the hotel, a turtle doll too Coming next time, will definitely come back to use the service :)

The JW Marriott Resort was absolutely breathtaking. The property is massive, with so many areas and restaurants that I didn’t even get a chance to experience everything due to time constraints. I stayed for a week in December, and the Christmas decorations throughout the resort added such a magical, festive touch—it truly elevated the entire atmosphere. From the moment my car arrived at the hotel, I was completely speechless. There was this overwhelming feeling of awe that’s honestly hard to put into words. It was one of those moments where you just feel how special a place is. My room exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a deluxe cabin, and it was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom opened into the bedroom, which made the room feel even more luxurious and open—just stunning. The staff truly made this experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to OY at the concierge desk, who planned my tours and went above and beyond to make sure my vacation was seamless and memorable. She genuinely took care of me. The front desk team and the JW Café staff were also exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction. Another huge shout-out goes to the team at Ginja Restaurant. If you’re traveling solo and craving amazing Thai food, this is a must-visit. The staff makes you feel right at home, and the food is outstanding. Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. Tolerating it for the kids club and activities but definitely on my own I wouldn’t return.

From the moment we arrived we had an amazing time. We were treated so well by all members of staff and all staff were polite and friendly and someone was always there to help with whatever we needed. The restaurants offered great food options and the breakfast had so much variety and everything was delicious. There were 2 pool, both were great and the gym and sauna were high class. They even had a free shuttle every 15mins taking you to the local small village with a few shops and restaurants and offered a shuttle to Phuket town and Patong beach for a fee. They remembered it was an our anniversary celebration and gave my wife a crocheted rose and left a nice display on our bed. Overall cannot fault the hotel, it was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t recommend the hotel more.
