The location is very close to the tourist icon in Bangkok such as Wat Arun, Wat Pho and others can be reached on foot too, and there are lots of transport around the hotel, shopping places also live out of the hotel, just a little noisy but not a problem, thanks khaosan palace for the service ..

Well, let me start by saying how horrible the staff was in this hotel did not speak. English could not help you do not book hotel I have to tell you my experience with this hotel. I booked it for nine days. Had to leave after four days due to sore backing up in the shower smell so bad I could not stay in the room then my air conditioner brakes on top of it and they refused to give me a new room they told me they can’t help me so I booked the hotel next-doorbeautiful hotel. I should’ve booked this from the gecko. The hotel name is. Dang Derm Khaosan what a nice hotel after all this they refuse to give me refundthe days that I already booked that I checked out early and had to book the hotel next door

Nice hotel, but ensure you want to be on Khaosan Road and are prepared for the constant noise, harassment and tourist scams that accompany the location. If you want the location, the the property was great.

If you’re looking fir ez access to shopping, transpo, nightlife . This hotel is it. However, being that Im older now abd w a different mind frame, I chose a room in the back of hotel as it can be VERY LOUD w nightlife at NIGHT. They also have their own security in front so that people do not stray onto the property. That was a plus.

The bad. Very loud from the bars outside. Hard to sleep. Our room did not have hot water to the shower. Only the sink. The shower was plugged. And the floor would fill with water. The staff was not really friendly. Though the doorman was great. The good. Right in the middle of the market. Transportation is very accessible. Food is everywhere. As well as souvenirs and entertainment. Walking distance to the Grand Palace.
