HOTEL POLICY AGREEMENT We sincerely hope you have a pleasant and comfortable stay with us. For the comfort, safety, and well-being of all our guests. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these hotel policy. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIME: Check in time is 14:00 hrs. Check out time is 12:00 Noon. BOND GUARANTY METHOD: Please provide cash or credit card at 2,000 Thai Baht per room per stay in order for the guest guaranty room condition of lost and damage and other incidentals may occur during your stay. The hotel temporarily holds a set amount of money or credit card pre-authorization blocked credit value amount at check-in. Upon check-out, if there is no incidental charge remaining from above clauses, the hotel will release the refund of money or credit card pre- authorization blocked amount. The other currencies, ID or password are not counted for deposit bond guaranty. LOST & DAMAGE GUARANTY POLICY: 1. ) The Hotel is not be responsible for any loss of valuable stuff during the stay. You are recommended to keep valuable stuff in the safety box provided in the room. 2) Guest will response for the damages occuring from their acts to hotel assets, hotel mini-bar, and facilities. 3) Guest cannot bring in pets. 4) Non-Smoking and Penalty Charge of Prohibit Smoking in guestroom and air-conditioning building: Thailand building law is not allowed to smoke in the building. Smoke in a room or non-smoking area will be result in a fine of THB 2,000. Please be advised that LESTON HOTEL is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas of the hotel. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located on the first floor, outdoor of the lobby and parking area. Should smoking occur in a guest room or any non-smoking area, or if a room is found to have a noticeable smoke odor upon inspection, a cleaning and deodorization fee of THB 5,000 will be applied to the guest’s account. Smoking in guestroom and smoking outside the designated smoking area will also result in a fine of THB 5,000. RATE POLICY & SUPPLEMENTAL CHARGE: 1) Guest agrees to be fully responsible and liable for any and all charges incurred by the undersigned and any other related persons (including without limitation any individuals in the group, family or company) 2) Early Arrival before 14:00 hrs. • Early check in 07:00-13:59:00hrs., the half the room price fee will be charged (50% of the room price of your reservation), which room availability will be checking up on arrival, there is no possible to confirm in advance. • Early check in 01:00-13:59:00hrs., you need to pay for one day's room fee (100% of the room price your reservation). The guest shall reserve 1 more night reservation of your arrival time in order to secure the availability when reaching the hotel. 3) Late Check out after 12:00hrs. • Late check out 13:00-18:00hrs., the half the room price fee will be charged (50% of the room price of your reservation) • Late check out after 18:00-24:00hrs., you need to pay for one day's room fee (100% of the room price your reservation) • Late Check out Terms and Conditions / Notices 3.1 Advance Notice Required If you need late check-out, please be sure to notify the front desk at least 2 hours before the standard check-out time (12:00 PM). 3.2 Subject to Room Availability Requests for late check-out are subject to the actual room availability on the check-out day and cannot be guaranteed in advance. 3.3 Unannounced Late Check-out Charges If you do not notify in advance and do not vacate your room before 12:00 PM, the system will automatically charge the relevant fees to your bill according to the above standards.
