It's really 10/10 for me. The staff are approachable and helpful. The room is very large, so clean and comfortable. There are available heater, ref, water and other body hygiene. Super recommendable to other solo traveller, lovers/friendship holidays and family tour in Thailand. It is also near to the BTS Train Station, just 1km from the Hotel. All in all, it's Perfect!

Rooms were not very clean. Dusty and there were small roaches crawling. Staff couldn't understand English. I suggest there should at least have front desk staff speak and understand English specially foreigners would be booking at the hotel.

Good service. Cheap cost more than good service I have given. This hotel makes me feel the spririt of Chiang Mai, they are very delicate in every corner. I am very pleased and satisfied with this hotel ❤.

I would give them 2/5. If it's a 2-star hotel, It would be 4 or 5. But it's not definitely a 4-star quantity. The reason is as follows; 1. Luck of many hotel amenities. (Shaver, Soap, Comb, Pen, Paper and so on) *Even if I ask them, they just say No. 2. Wifi speed is not fast. 3. Reception service. * * a 4-star quality. 4. Breakfast is not good. 5. Hotel Location. * Traffic situation in Bangkok is bad. Therefore, it takes 30 minutes to least to the central city by taxi. Based on that, I really don't recommend this hotel.

Staff are helping but the room look old and not clean as I expect in the toilet and the table close to the window still have some stain but another section is can except.
