We cannot fault this stay in any way. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left it was truly phenomenal. We ate in the lounge and in flow restaurant. We used the spa next door which please do book as the service there was next level also. We try and stay Hilton wherever we have travelled and this is by far the best stay we have had in any hotel in the world. We will be booking again and staying longer next time. The use of the ferries, the walkability of the hotel and all the surrounding areas and amenities should not be missed. The biggest highlight was the staff. Hilton should be very proud of the level of professionalism in every member from check in to check out, the chef's, cooks, wait staff and even our room attendants were amazing.

Rooms and property were great. Staff was overall great. One negative experience in the rooftop bar where we sat later in the evening for 30 minutes without getting waited on. Otherwise experience was great.

The property is extremely beautiful. Well appointed. The breakfast included in our room rate was the most amazing buffet breakfast I’ve seen in any hotel while traveling. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Our every need was met. The hotel is very close to the IconSiam shopping mall, which is something you need to see!

Breakfast is very good. Staff is very good. Don’t forget your toothpaste, toothbrush, and ear buds. Unlike most hotels - even the cheapest in Thailand - this will not be available in your room (or wasn’t in ours).

The property and staff were amazing. The suite was gorgeous too! The only negative thing I encountered was the VIP lounge. My friends and I did not feel welcomed. The hostess was the only person who I felt was unwelcoming. I felt discriminated. I would stay there again but avoid the lounge.
