Hotel staff was quite friendly but not helpful and the hotel doesn’t have proper security at all.

The room was ok. Near Bangla road and shopping mall. Nice view from swimming pool. Just not happy for wifi that frequently had problems and then a smelly and dirty water channel near the hotel, visible from room terrace.

The front desk staffs were friendly. The location of the hotel is strategic as it is just few streets away from the famous bangla street and Big C supermarket. The hotel room is spacious and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. However, it is better that they could improve their drainage system as some bad odour came from their bathroom drains.

Good location near night market, jungcelon, big room and comfort, housekeeper is a good service mind but reception at front is not ok. Don't smile to customer. Recommend here.

Reception during check in could be a little warmer. It doesn't give the feeling of welcoming to stay at this hotel. Rooftop pool was great to view sunset. No. Bar counter up there thus u can bring your own drink and food. Car and bike rental are available at the hotel entrance. Walk 2 blocks to Bangla road. Junceylon is nearby. Good location.

From the entrance lobby it may not look so-so, but the room is clean and comfort, we got the hill view and it was awesome! The bathroom also good because it has hills view, you can enjoy the shower and the beautiful hill landscapes in the same time The quality and variety of food is also good... The hotel staff don’t speak English fluently, but so far they are nice and helpful The location is so strategic, a lot of restaurant and street food around the hotel. in the weekend you can find weekend street food just 50m from the hotel... where you can find variety of thai food with good price... Love it!!! Over all for the price of money that I pay... I’m very satisfied with the quality that I get...

Romantic Vacation
Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. There was no eye contact with customer. It’s only my first day and it’s already ruining my mood in Phuket. Would never ever recommend to anyone in the future.
