It is a reasonable price but If you have a little more budget, choose another one. The sheet is unclean, I am not sure if they changed the sheet daily. The room is smelly. Corridor is quite dark during the day. But it has a good location. It is near to the famous local department store and not too far from the beach.

All staffs are very friendly. The location is great! cause it’s located near Burapha University. The room is clean. we have a nice sleep while the price is very cheap compared to others. Close to eating places. I gave 5/5

its apartment complex for rent, mostly monthly rented by students as there's university nearby. everything quite basic, but the room is spacious and bed is comfy. 7/11 is on the exit, also lots of places for eat around the area. last thing is only fem minutes walk to bangsaen beach
