I have booked 2 twin (single bed) rooms but what we got was 2 double rooms even I have booked for these kind of rooms. The problem was their front officers do not understand what different between single bed and double bed. Also rooms were fully booked so I guess management must be improved and must be trained staffs and after I checked out front officers still called me for checking in and they assumed my check in has not done but I told them I did it when I first checked in.

I hurried to leave the room (still good that there are no people walking naked ... ohh), call the reception again, I have to sit and wait for another 10 minutes (reiterating that Tabuyung is really in the evening). Think in your heart why?) Why open the door, why, why? Smaller room Asked to the staff to answer that I really apologize to you, the customer. Wait, we will return the price difference of the room for you. Not talking about yesterday Until I had to ask Did you come to a conclusion? The answer is the room provided by the hotel is exactly as booked with the app, it is Delux room only. Ah, Che *** (in mind) and the room that was provided in the first place is Upgrade to us as Grand delux She said confidently OK and OK and OK, you're not wrong! But ask, Grand delux or Delux, the person defining it is the hotel side, not me, I know, or should I know, right? In the beginning, you were kind, kind, and compassionate in upgrading the room for me? It happened because of you. In the end, I just want more responsibility. Because I shouldn't have lost my temper with these things. Last question If something like this happens to you (Reception), do you think you're OK? Finish
