Room: This was the first time we stayed in this hotel, but it was the best one so far for Bangkok. The room is huge and has a separate sitting area and walk-in wardrobe, in addition to a massive bedroom and bathroom. We got the corner unit, which also gives you a poo with a view. Staff: More than the room itself, the hotel service was top notch. One of our group members fell sick on the trip, and the hotel staff were so kind - they recommended nearby hospitals, or even an in-room doctor to make sure she was comfortable. They even sent up extra bottles of water to make sure they didn’t dehydrate, and checked in daily. The service here is so warm and personal, even the staff at the gym and breakfast were very familiar with us. By day 3 they were making us our regular coffees (lobby coffee is better than breakfast coffee, though). Breakfast is simple, but there’s a wide-enough range for everyone and if you’re not satisfied, the location between Chidlom and Ploen Chit is so convenient, you can order grab delivery and they arrive within 30minutes. Location: It’s new-ish, and quieter than Siam (which can get a bit hectic), and only a walkable distance away. For everything else, you can take the BTS. There is also an excellent supermarket right across the street in the basement of Central Chidlom. Overall super satisfied with this hotel. It’s become our new favourite place and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Our stay at Sivatel was a perfect end to our vacation in Thailand! The staff was very kind and respectful. The room was clean and quite big. The only negative thing was that one of us had to sleep on a portable bed since we ordered a 3-person suite. The room was big enough that the space wasn’t an issue, but it could have been nice if there was 3 ordinary beds. All in all, a very pleasent stay in Bangkok! Would recommend.
