Nice resort

What a magical place! This place is full of hospitality. It was clean, the rooms are big and spacious. The beds are comfortable. They have everything you need for adults, kids, and family’s. We visited the Spa everyday we were there. AU and SA give the best massages, facials and are most accommodating. AU gives the BEST Thai massages! You have to visit the spa and ask for these two. The food is great! The bar is fun! Would definitely go back! Highly recommend!

Rooms 732 & 733, 15-17 June 2025. Excellent service throughout, very large spacious property but ... 1) our rooms were located on 3rd floor without lifts making it very difficult for older folks with heart & mobility problems. We were not told in advance or offered lower floors. 2) rooms were not cleaned & made up when we left in morning & returned after lunch. 3) both showers were clogged & flooded. Reported morning before we left & nothing was done till we returned & complained again.

Lovely stay with family (incl 6yo kid). Hotel has lots of options to stay occupied with kids. Great time !

Lovely and friendly staffs

Service was incredible and the shower was my favorite part. There was a rain shower as well as a bathtub which was very pleasant! The food options provided for breakfast was excellent!! Highly recommend

Great hotel but needs some update, if you planning to eat outside the hotel probably you need car or taxi

Some refurbsihment work was underway in August 2023 when we astayed but we knew about this beforehand and it did not impact our stay. We stayed in a poolside room which was excellent. The only area for improvement would be the food which I would say is 3.5 out of 10 and is quiet expensive. However having said that we would visit again as the inflatable in the main pool is amazing and so much fun

Everything is good here Just the construction and the location has nothing around. Restaurants are limited too

Our stay was fantastic with all of the functions available unlike other hotels during these times. The service is work in progress but the new manager Nicholas was amazing with very hands on training. By the summer this will be the best property in the area...

As a 5-star hotel, So Sofitel Hua Hin is much below our expectation. 1. In the beginning, we were told that the family room is on the 3rd floor. We agreed the upgrade for this reason. However, we ended up being in the 1st floor near the entrance. 2. Seeing the attached picture, the baby cod was broken when my son was sleeping! I still cannot believe this was happening in a 5-star hotel. My son was not even jumping but just lying down on it. We used to stay in Oakwood where the baby cod was very nice and cozy. We had expected the same level in So Sofitel but we were wrong. 3. The room were were staying was 101. The telephone was not functioning, some of the lights were not working. Once the light was replaced, it cannot even be switched off when we wanted to sleep. We even have to call the room service only to switch off the light for us. 4. For breakfast and dinner, the seats were completely not enough. The level of service was not aligned with the price we were charged. 5. The TV was not even smartTV. The Chromecast was not functioning properly. Even the technician cannot make it work. Overall speaking, this was a very disappointing experinece. Be aware for all family with kids.

The resort was great. The bike path, mini putt, and obstacle course were a family favourite during our stay. Unfortunately, the pool and restaurant closed midway through our stay due to new covid restrictions. As such, we could not use the pool and could only have order in food. Having said that, breakfast buffet was fantastic, the facilities were quite nice. Room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was top notch. We would return once Covid restrictions are lifted.

Always fun for adults and kids and beautiful new rooms. Overall just relaxing and always a nice place to come back to.

Love the comfort of the high ceiling room. Pool was very relaxing. And the kids pool with the inflatable obstacle course was even fun for adults. Loved the food by the pool. Beware, lots of people of the weekend so have to avoid peak hours in public areas.
