Sharing my experience staying on Saturday 31/5/68 = 1 night. What I encountered... Booked a single room but got a double room. When I called the staff about the correctness of the booking, the staff kept evading the decision and said that only double rooms were available for booking (the staff should be trained in accepting mistakes and finding a way to fix it for customers. It's out of date to give tricky answers to trick guests into accepting such rooms). The double room has a roof view, but the single room has a clearer view. When I changed the single room to room 207, I received the following: 1. The air conditioner vibrates loudly when the computer is working. The whole wall vibrates. 2. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is loud and loud. 3. The shower has no hot water, which I've never encountered before. Even a resort that costs a few hundred baht per night still provides this service. 4. On Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m., I was resting and wanted to wake up late. They let a group of about 10 guests, like a group of members, organize an activity to sing a song only in English. The noise came into the room and disturbed my rest. How could the staff allow this? 5. The TV remote control's batteries were dead and wouldn't turn on. 6. There is little parking space in front of the lobby and there are reserved parking spaces for other guests only, even though it should be a parking lot where anyone who arrives can park. And if anyone doesn't have a parking space, they have to park on the dirt lot next to the hotel, which is about 200 meters away, and the parking lot is dark at night, which is scary for the belongings in the car. In conclusion, I have had many bad experiences with many accommodations and travels around the country and have never commented negatively on anyone like this.

The bedroom is clean and new. The bathroom is good and the water pressure is strong. It's worth the price. The staff is helpful and polite. If I go to Pattaya often, I will stay here again.

This place is a bit old and has seen better days. When I went there, there was almost nobody else staying. But for 50 USD a night the deal was unbeatable.

First of all, there is very little parking. There are many receptionists but only one person is working. They do not look welcoming. Others just stand around and do not care.
