We need a hotel near airport and found this one with lowest price. During the checked in, we saw the hotel was under management reconstruction. Some rooms were not well equipped, but the hotel staff worked hard to get us a decent new room. The desk reception was extremely nice and she tried so hard to satisfy us.

a very inconvenient experience happen, please be very careful to the restaurant staff.. i get unfriendly expressions just because i want more milk, they speak on high tones and point fingers.. very unfortunate not recommended for those of you who stay long, i get uncomfortable and was not happy, i hope they upgrade their staff service, i also didn't get a warm welcome from them but the rest are quite fine

The location is near the airport but cleanliness is very poor. We arrived early and we asked if we could check in early and we were glad when they allowed us however when we arrived in the room it seems that it still wasn't cleaned by the housekeeping after the previous occupant so we went out and told the receptionist if they could ask housekeeping to clean room before we comeback since we were going to chatuchak market. To our disappointment the room was still not clean when we came back. Very poor service it also seemed like the linens were not changed even though they said they changed it. If you want hotel near airport this is a good choice but aside from its location its not very good

Big room, furniture a little bit old but it's ok. Breakfast, not a buffet. It comes a 1 set of food but it's very delicious. Swimming pool not too big and I didn't try. Location is ok nearby 7-11 and a big local market(evening).

Staff can not talk/ understand English. They're not polite. They not have a clue about how to handle customer's. When want to order breakfast. They not have. Pool cleaning/ filters / ligths not working.
