The staff very nice and helpful.
The hotel is within walking distance to go is very convenient. Near the community With a variety of comfort food, Good atmosphere near the beach.
Very courteous staff Affordable Housing
The rooms are not clean The service staff is quite good
Okay, very good atmosphere, very private. I will visit again.
George is very small.
The location near the night market. The coast and near the station.
The more I come to visit.
Narrow little uncomfortable, but a very good drinks upstairs.
I got good experiences of service at Sukkasem guesthouse. There was a beautiful scenery sunrise and romantic sky when sunset plus all the time hearing the sounds of sea wave. But one thing that the guesthouse should be improved is the entrance because sometime I could not find it when come back from travel. Anyway, if I have a chance I will surely stay there again.

Cute place
Booked accordingly to the good reviews on social networks and not disappointed. Check in went smooth and really do appreciated very much to have our room before 2pm... thank you very much for it. Room was clean, original by the design, you can even hear from the room the waves or the rain falling.... A good selection of TV channels including French who was greatly appreciated too. They have a lazy cool deck on the top who makes you to relax and to enjoy it in the sabai sabai Thai style. We will be back for sure... Great and well done job!

a lovely and unforgetable stay
Good location with just 10mins walk from night market and 5 mins from the beach, but really quiet. The guesthouse is right facing the beach, which is so beautiful. The room is not big but clean and comfy, I spent three nights there and had very sound sleep expecially I just out of the noisy bangkok. The swiss owner and staff are all very nice and helpful, I had some urgent work to do during my stay and the staff offered me free calls and drove me to the post office. the staff Nat is so sweet, we had good talks and she even drove me to the bus station when I left. I miss there, strongly recommend and definitely will go back if i visit Hua hin again!

Had a lovely 2 nights at this guesthouse. Tucked away off a busy street, this really is a special place to stay. The rooms are quaint but have all the essentials (shower, fridge, safe...). You are provided with complimentary water and coffee/ tea in the hallway just outside the room. View from the outside sitting area is gorgeous!! Could sit there all day! Area around is fully of restaurants, so you have plenty of choice (Greek, seafood, Thai, Indian....) and the beach is only a 2 minute walk away. Hotel employees are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!!

Over the sea
If you blink you would walk past the entrance which is down a short passage way then opens up into the guest house. The guest house is very quaint probably years ago was fishermen's homes. It was the novelty of sleeping in this guest house that was appealing to me. Please be aware that the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours if they are noisy. We were woken quite early one morning by some one bottling up at the bar/restaurant next door, and on another morning by guests leaving the hotel they were quite loud. The rooms are quite small with little storage space so if you have a lot of clothes etc, this could be a problem. The whole structure if made of wood and you can see through parts of the floor to the sea. The bathroom is small and very quaint the whole bathroom doubles up as the shower room so things tend to get wet. The wash basin is made of wood rather like half a barrel. I had the romantic notion of laying in bed listening to the gentle lapping of the waves the weather had other ideas as the two nights we stayed we had very rough seas so not quite the gentle lapping. There is an area at the end were you can sit with a drink and look out to sea. The staff were very helpful and polite even arranged for us to rent a scooter. Although breakfast is not served they do provide a kettle and tea/coffee in reception so you can make an early morning drink to take back to your room. I would recommend anyone to stay if only for the novelty, the rooms were clean and linen clean and fresh.
