Near BTS ekamai and gateway mall ekamai
I love ten ekamai, friendly staff and feel home.
Nice spot bit of a hike to train and shops but they run a shuttle often to ekamai, gym, pool nice place to chill TV channels all thai and not many Really nice friendly, helpful staff
Great apartment and I would go back again!
During my first night, at 11:30pm, I discovered that the hot water heater for both the shower and bath tub was faulty. Since the reception service was only up to 11pm, I was forced to shower with ice cold water that night. In the morning, I called the reception to check on my water heater and requested for a room changed. She mentioned that the technician was on leave, and that she would sent the house keeping services to check. After two checks by two different housekeepers, she said that I am cannot change my room as there were no rooms available at the time and that she cannot check records of people checking out (which is completely ridiculous because she is the receptionist and there should be records of all check-ins and check-outs). The hotel should have made sure that all rooms are in good condition (especially the amenities that you claim to have) before making it available for booking. This was definitely a disappointing experience. However, she managed to change my room at 12pm after a check-out – which I am grateful for. However, her management and communication skills were definitely poor and needs to be improved drastically. My last night, 29th of May, I made another call to the reception to book a taxi for me to the Don Mueang Airport at 9am. She confirmed it, and repeated the details. So I was confident that there will be no problems since I had a relatively pleasant stay after the second day. However, since I am a foreigner and I am not familiar with the road, the taxi driver (Mr Kampan // Taxi code:141220) sent me to Suvharbumi Airport instead. It was aldready 9:45am and my flight was scheduled at 11:50am at Don Mueang. We were stuck on the road for TWO hours and I only arrived at Don Mueang at 11:00am, which was impossible for me to check-in my luggage. The immense pressure and trouble that your hotel staff have caused me were definitely an upsetting experience for me. I arrived at Don Mueang and was not able to make it for my initial flight. Thus, I was forced to purchase a new flight ticket back to Kuala Lumpur via AirAsia at 12:50pm.
Good interior and furniture, and the most important thing this hotel is cheap, good for vacation.
The service is good, and they are very kind and helpful.
Superior room reservation, full staff upgrade room. The room was very comfortable. And there are nearby restaurants and beverages. Walking is not very convenient.
The location is in Soi. But not secluded Close to city attractions
Clean, comfortable, good service in the heart of the city with everything really good.

A good option for a long term stay
I stayed here for 22 nights, upon check in you are given your key. Only one key is given and you must pay 1000 baht as a deposit for a second key. The room is a good size, there is literally loads of storage space. If you were staying for months you would have plenty of places to put your belongings. The aircon and wifi worked well during my stay although sometimes housekeeping would turn it off which meant you would come back to a warm room. On the whole housekeeping were excellent and did a really good job at keeping the room clean. They also observed the do not disturb sign and provided an excellent service. It was possible to have food delivered to the hotel and also cook very light meals. The problem being is that there is only two of everything and not enough utensils to really cook something well. There was only one glass during our entire stay which was a bit annoying. Two bottles of water were left each day which certainly helps save you go to the shop constantly. It is easy enough to walk to the big C supermarket but you can also take the free shuttle which runs every 30 mins. This was really useful on occasion and can take you as far as the BTS station and Gateway mall if you choose. The hotel isn't that well located in my opinion but its quite new, its furnishings are good - it is disappointing that on both TVs there are no English channels, not even a news channel. The pool is very small, the first time I saw it I thought it looked very dirty but on returning a few days later the water seemed clean. However it really isn't more than a splash pool which would be great for children but not so good if you want to swim. Overall, I though the hotel was good value for money if you can get it between £20-£25 per night. The bed was a bit too hard for me, but it was nice to have the living area and a comfortable sofa. The staff were all friendly, parking is free and it has a shuttle service so you cannot ask for more given the price paid. Good value for money, clean and comfortable.

Very impressive
My first time here with Ten Ekamai by Aspira. I love this quiet and lovely service apartment. Nice and simple decoration but useful and feel like home. Friendly and polite staff. Worth the money and will come back again maybe another location but still Aspira.

Good price for what you get!
This serviced apartment is hotel-like and perfect for both short stay and long stay. All room types come with one bedroom and one living room. I love deluxe room as it comes with a proper size, not too big and not too small, and well equipped kitchen. The hotel doesn't have in-house restaurant (no breakfast) but you can make one for your own as they already have a kitchen for you. Big C super market is only few 100 meters away. You can use a free shuttle car service they provide every 30 minutes to/from Big C/BTS Ekamai skytrain station. Make sure you're on time and call the reception to ask for the next schedule. Complimentary drink (Coffee machine) at the lobby is also available 24-hrs. Frontdesk operation time is from 7.00AM-11.00PM only. If you want to check-in later or check-out earlier than their operation time, you might need to inform the staffs about your special requests. Security guard is there 24 hrs and he can help you too. Front staffs are great and very friendly. Wifi is free but not very stable sometimes. Long-stay guest might want to pay for their own private router with a contract.

really mixed feelings...
before booking you have to be aware of the disadvantages. some were a real spoiler for me. to start with the good things: - the staff is very attentive, from front desk to security guard. in some cases they might not be able to help though due to limited responsibilities. - they exercise a regular monthly pest control which keeps the bugs mostly under control. - the location is quite convenient if you have your own car or know how to get around in bangkok. many restaurants and places are easy to access by walking. - the hotel is providing a regular shuttle service to the next bts sky train station during the day. at night you have to organize yourself. things you can live with if you chose consciously: - the standard apartment is quite narrow with sharp edges so that you hurt yourself easily. - everything is build cheaply. doors are not closing completely, walls are patchy. vernier is peeling of. what really turns the whole experience down: - the TV comes with 36 digital channel. but all in Thai and no option to switch. - although it is considered a serviced apartment with kitchenette, you are not getting a dish towel. even on request. - there is also no other dishwashing liquid or soap to clean your stuff. - another weird towel issue is that you just get two bath towels and a floor mat. no hand towels no face towels. even on request. - towels and linnen come heavily stained from the laundry. see pictures. - the jet spray at the toilet was 'sprinkled' with brown patches from previous use. i leave it to your imagination what that might have been. it was certainly no rust. thus, not properly cleaned. - the shower was patched with a thick layer of mould. see pictures. easy to clean, easy to maintain. just shows lack of attention. - the aircon in both living room and bed room is blowing straight to your face. changing the settings does not help. we got sick during our stay from that constant blow at night. it seems like all rooms have the same setup, so you cant avoid. - no reading lights on the bed side. no switch for the main light in reach. so, you have to get up every time you want to turn on or off the light at night. very inconvenient. - the door can not be properly locked from inside. the housekeeping service can enter your apartment just like that with their regular key. - doors and furniture could use some oil / grease to remove the noise. - if you put it friendly you counld state that the wifi is 'patchy'. but dont underestimate how annoying that will be during your stay. many flaws could be rectified easily to improve the overall quality of the stay. unfortunately, i assume the hotel will just stay in business for some time until it is run down. it is already obvious that maintenance is not a specific focus point of the management/ owner. which is too bad as the ten aspira ekamai comes with some good dns...
