Notre séjour c'est très bien passé, un service de nettoyage tout les jours. Nous y avons séjourner 19 jours. Les femmes de chambre sont très respectueuse et discrète. Les propriétaires sont agréables et au petit soin. Vous pouvez y laver votre linges et ils peuvent vous le repasser. Cela est agréable comme service. L'établissement est très calme et propre. Vous avez un marché à 2 pas ou vous pouvez manger et prendre un cocktail. Et cet établissement est très intéressant par rapport qualité prix. Je vous le conseil 😉 vous ne serez pas déçu.

Great stay of 10 nights, great location and very reasonable price. The hotel is old but rooms are renovated and everything is so close to the hotel. Far enough from bungla road so at night you can have a good sleep with no noise.

We were in phuket for 4 nights and we had a comfortable stay at this hotel.The staff was very nice and polite.There is good food spots near hotel and its walking distance from patong beach.The pool is also nice.

Very bad service by property owner i think he is white guy. The guy make us to pay for bedsheet stain which did not do at all i did try to explain he just can tell me i dont care just pay the money thats all. I also working in hotel as Hotel Manager but wont be rude like him. He really dont even want to listen to our side story then belief his hskp maid. This is terrible service by that guys i dont recomend anyone to go that particular hotel they may cheat you like this to get ur money be careful check ur bedsheet before sleep anything call and tell them

The front line staff could improve on attitude. The hotel did not had any toiletries like toothbrush or toothpaste, there was no mini bar which was fine by us but not even bottled waters. There was not coffee or tea packet like normal hotels. The only thing which was good was an everyday housekeeping and change of towels. But they forgot to lock our room door after housekeeping. The pool could use some daily clean ups. It is abit further to walk from Bangla street and paying beach as well.

Budget accommodation in a great location. While the rooms are older there is nothing wrong with them. Plenty of food available in the area and once you find the accommodation (a couple of wrong turns on my behalf!), it is easy to walk into Patong beach or join the busy roads on the next block.

If you are travelling on budget, this is the place to be, for decent money you get a decent place, happy with that. pool, spacious room, hot water, good location. Is very cheap comparing with the rest as most are ridiculous expensive. The bad thing? yep, the reception stuff simply not polite, no respect and even one of them charged more for some beers so she can get some extra cash, the manager/owner or whatever was kind to give me the money back after I told him, but the next day he questioned me that the receptionist gave me a receipt and I told him nope, I told him I will give him that change back as I want to be in peace. At the end I felt like in a Mexican telenovela. Being questioned and being cheated. and again, is very cheap, the best part.

Overall no complain as the room is value for money. Wifi was poor though. Nearby there's a lot of food available but I'll say the food quality is one of the poorest in Patong. Nice coffee joint just 30metres away, good for a morning sip.
