ราคาเหมาะสม หาง่าย ใกล้ตลาด เงียบสงบ มีที่จอดรถ บริการดี เช็คอิน/เช็คเอ้าท์สะดวก ไม่เรื่องมาก แต่แอร์ไม่เย็น ท่อน้ำตัน ก็ไม่ถือว่าเป็นปัญหา
