Family vacation
opened window of room first morning there. The glass fell out and smashed below due to rollers on window seized. Not only did the not repair the window for the remaining three day leaving an open room, but they did not return my 2,000 baht key deposit. The window had no sign saying do not open to warn it was unservicable, but the low open hole was a huge fall risk from that height. No empathy, duty of care, due diligence, nor ethics.

Actualy I am not happy with staff service !! No housekepping room ! Staff not understanding want I want ! Staff very bad !!after this I not willing to choose blue sky patong to my destination . Tq

Romantic Vacation
I missed my flight. I called the hotel for at least a refund for one night they refused and I lost 2 nights. Very bad place bunch of thief. Once I arrived the AC was not working and now it's the 8th third day and the AC is not working. And still trying to fix it. They refused to move me to another room. Needless to say that the bathroom is full of mold as you see in the picture. As of right now I am leaving the hotel after miserable experience and so far the AC. Still not working.. So hotel with no AC for whole stay. They refused to move me to another room and failed to fix the AC.

My​ room there have water leaked from​ the​ ceil and​ I​ want​ change room​ but there​ have​ no​ room left. The​ staff​ can​ do just​ say sorry, they don't offer me​ anything to​ apologize.

Clean, comfortable, good location and great view from bed. But I have ordered a breakfast box for 3 times. I ordered at the first time with one reception and ask again for make sure with another one reception but he said I have to order again and follow up with another one again. Bathroom should have a curtain. And you should fix air condition that have water dripping all the time when air condition working.
