We stayed at VALA Hua Hin for 25 nights in a Mini Suite Beachfront room. We received VIP treatment throughout our stay and cannot compliment the staff highly enough. Besides the 5-star service, the 6-star breakfast buffet menu was simply unsurpassable. The entire resort exudes quality and style, where modern architecture sits among swathes of luxuriant greenery, with an impressive swimming pool as its centrepiece. Our sincerest thanks to the owners, management and staff for giving us the holiday of a lifetime.

We love this hotel! Beautiful room with clean and quiet environment. Live DJ on the Saturday near the pool is nice. Most importantly all the staff at the Vala are really kind & friendly. Delicious food at the Woods & Kitchen with very nice staff who remember where we seated at the first day. The kids zone is perfect for family. Highly recommend this hotel ;)

Long, hot walk to room. Golf carts there but not offered. No help with bags. Crazy room with outside large bathtub but NO privacy - unusable. Asked them to greet Wife on birthday, a nice note, card, flowers, something? Got a small piece of cake. Really NOT a luxury hotel in terms of facilities or service. Only luxury pricing. $300 a night in Thailand ought to buy quite a lot. This place should be $100 a night at most.

Absolut et hotel i topklasse. Værelset var fantastisk, personalet virkelig søde og hjælpsomme, både med reservation af taxi, golf mv. Vi lånte gratis cykler til en skøn dag i området Mange små lokale restauranter mv lige uden for døren, så man kan veksle mellem at spise i hotellets lækre restaurant og det lokale køkken lige ved. Vi kommer gerne igen
