1. We booked double bed but they told me they were out of double bed and there was nothing they could do and so did we but accept the twin-bed. 2. They receptionist was so rude and unhelpful. 3. Hotel with no elevator and we had to climbed to 4th floor with our luggage. 4. No sound absorption installation caused me unable to sleep until 4:00 AM when the music down. 5. Room is super small and the toilet is way to dirty, no wind-duct caused smell very bad, oe 🤮. Do not stay in this hotel, I strongly aware you.

Booked a single room but got one at the fifth floor. If you have big luggage might as well find other place because the stairs are steep 😅 also the pros: was so close to khaosan road, cons: sounds from khaosan road is quite noisy. But the room is good.

Backpacking
The room exactly like a pictures, if you’re backpackers and low budget, Yes Khaosan is the best choice. But if you want comfortable, you better choose others, because their beds it's hard. You’ll need a massage every time after you woke up 😂 but for me it's fine with backpackers style.

Romantic Vacation
Hmm, it was a really bad experience for us. We didn’t like it from the beginning because all the staff there were unfriendly. Before we got there, we always thought people were very nice, friendly in general but the staff at the hotel disappointed us a lot. The hotel didn’t have elevator and they gave us a room on the 4th floor, there was no one to help us to carry our luggage so we had to do by ourselves. And we didn’t expect a very nice room because it was cheap but it needed to be clean and not smelly at least but it’s just what we expected. When we just opened the door, we almost threw up because of its smell. Our bed was full of hair and we didn’t even dare to use the blanket. The bathroom was tiny and disgusting. It was moldy and looked so creepy. There was even no cup to brush your teeth, no where to hang the towels. I will recommend people not to stay at this hotel. Never!!!

Backpacking
The place was good to stay in since its near the bus stop and shops, street foods are all over khaosan. Bathroom was also clean. The only downside was load music from the bars outside.
