Our family enjoyed this hotel very much. We booked for 6 nights. We we really liked was great location and wonderful staff like Feride who was so nice to our family. The hotel also has nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hammam. Walking distance to Taksim Square, transport link and main shopping street. Breakfast can be improved. Fruits and salads nice and fresh and you can order omelettes. We recommend

The room was clean; however, the carpets needed a deep cleaning, as there were visible wine and coffee stains. Also, although our floor was supposed to be non-smoking, there was still a noticeable smell of smoke, even in the room. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were nice and helpful.

It was a really lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Aziz who felt like a family member more than a staff member. Thanks also to Elif and Meryem at reception, the lovely lady supervisor who checked in every morning at breakfast to check if we had any comments or were enjoying our stay and the helpful house keeping staff. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, the hotel was clean and very well located, a few minutes walk feom Taksim Square and the metro station, as well as having a lot of other public transport connections and a variety of buses to catch. The hotel was located within a few roads that had limited car traffic and were surrounded by security and police at all hours so it felt safe even when walking home at midnight. Would definitely come back.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast menu isn’t even close to a five star hotel. Dining room lacks seating and becomes overcrowded at breakfast. TV has only a few English speaking channels, all but one of which are news. Old TV’s lacking Netflix or other entertainment apps. Top-notch staff in an excellent location. Gym is satisfactory.

The hotel was excellent the rooms were extremely well equipped and were up to standards. We were to be checked in at 2pm however when we got there past two we were told that the rooms were not ready and we had to wait a further two hours. The staff are very unfriendly and when they realise that you are a foreigner they try their best to avoid you however they will go beyond for people that speak their language or are their nationality. My daughter had an accident on the hotels stairs outside due to the rain making the steps slippery and not one staff member came out to check on her or help. The other hotels near by had carpets on their stairs to make sure no one slips but even after the accident no improvement was made. The hotel staff are very unfriendly and do not with to communicate with anyone who does not speak the national language and they are very rude. The rooms in general were amazing and our stay was very comfortable but the staff were very rude and our experience with the staff was very disappointing.

The hotel is well presented, but there are a few things I would like to mention. The soundproofing was very poor—we could hear people at the end of the corridor, as well as in the rooms next to us. Reception did not make any effort to contact us, despite the fact that we didn’t check in on the first day due to our flight being cancelled. There were also no upgrade offers, even though the hotel did not appear to be very busy. The only aspect that worked well was housekeeping—consistently friendly and efficient throughout our stay. My recommendation would be to stay at a hotel chain run by a Western brand.
