It’s a business district. Its close to every transportation you need but the options for restaurants arent a lot. The staff is really kind and accommodating. The hotel is really pretty. There’s no noise from outside, I slept really well on their bed too

It’s one of my best stays away from home, the best are the staff especially Ezal in the front desk,who helped me out from day one to check out. The staffs in the restaurant are also amazing!

My ONLY fault is the location. A bit remote in a weird quarter dominated by motorcycle businesses. However, not too far to walk to Söğütlüçeşme station on the Marmaray. Friendly service and decent room.

The biggest issue with this place is the lack of natural light and proper air circulation. The photos are not accurate; don't fall for them. The room we stayed in (all of them are the same layout) has literally no natural light. You cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioning. We had to leave it on for a few minutes and turn it off because the room got cold, and we could not have a good sleep at night because of this. The only way to adjust the temperature is to tell the staff downstairs. The staff working there is not professional. We had an issue with the room, and the way they treated us and talked to us was not good at all. We'd booked their standard double room, but the layout plan they hung on the door showed it as "Eco double room", which is the cheaper room. When we escalated this to them, they said they had changed the names because of the fire department. I'm still not convinced of that, and I believe they gave us the cheaper room. I also contacted Expedia in this regard, and I'm still waiting for their reply. Not happy with my experience in this place. not recommended.

Hotel was fine. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and it got the job done. The water in the shower was bitter cold, the temperature control on the A/C was bad, the bed was tiny, and the only blanket was a tiny blanket that belonged on a couch. I wouldn’t go back, but for the price and location, it was worth it.

Friendly and helpful staff and nice, modern rooms. Very clean. As others have said, location is unusual, seemingly the only hotel in otherwise commercial zone focussed on motorbike stores. But you can walk to the metro station in 5 mins (loads of life there) and from there on to the busy kurdikoy area in another 10-15 mins.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the key card to the room was not working everyday, so they had to fix it everyday again and again - this was very disappointing and tedious for us. As well as this, the light in the bathroom was just flickering and not working properly. The shower was very congested which was also very arduous for us because there were just a few drops coming out of the shower and it took very long to be ready because of that issue.

We liked the hotel in general We didnt like the hidden charges. Had yo pay for my coffee and orange juice at breakfast where nowhere were stated that they were extras and when calling a taxi the charge dont start from the hotel but from the taxi office

Overall, not a bad stay. However, main issues are that the housekeepers came into our room even though “do not disturb” was left on the door. Very unprofessional. Also, there were a few ants in the room- which happens in hotter countries, but still not ideal. And finally, the balcony was a waste of time. It looked straight onto a building and it’s not worthwhile unless you smoke as you’ll never use it. Layout and decor of room was a bit strange/dated and bathroom was very public, with no segregation between main room and bathroom, nor any private screening for toilet. Staff were friendly and location was good for our trip. Overall, not bad, but wouldn’t stay again.
