Great place! The only minus of this hotel is a walk to the tram station - it takes about 15-20 min to get there and it’s uphill, you just need to be ready for that after a whole day of exploring Istanbul, but the stay at the hotel is worth it with all the amazing amenities and wonderful staff!

With the language difference there was always someone who volunteered to assist in communication. The hotel facilities are great. The buffet lunch we enjoyed was great food and lots of variety. We enjoyed the executive level amenities as well. A nice addition to our stay. Highly recommend this hotel

We had a room with a small terrace opening to the pool, which was still in the process of being opened. Staff generally were helpful and attentive, with the exception of the lobby bar where it was always a struggle to get someone to serve. Housekeeping and room service were excellent

A hotel that concentrates on corporate clientele. The garden rooms overlook a noisy corporate events facility so opt for a room in the east wing if you want peace and quiet. Food very good but very overpriced as we’re the drinks.

The hotel will not offer a credit or voucher for missed check in with a valid reason. Don’t expect a quick email response on the weekend neither. It took three days for a response to my email. There is a non refundable policy which is not spoken about or given at time of booking…be aware!
