Beautiful hotel with stunning views, friendly staff, great amenities overall, spacious rooms. Downside - very large professional gatherings which makes the hotel very loud at times, and restaurants not accessible.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We stayed at a hotel in Sultanamet for the first week of our trip in order to experience old town Istanbul but I wish we had stayed at the SwissOtel the full two weeks instead of just the second week. It has the best amenities including a full gym with classes and a spa for services such as massages, facials and other treatments that is larger than most stand alone spas. The food was excellent as was the staff. We will definitely be returning anytime we visit Istanbul. Do not make the mistake of choosing a different hotel.
