My stay at Wanda Vista Istanbul was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, everything reflected luxury, comfort, and attention to detail. The property itself is beautifully designed, with modern elegance, spacious rooms, and top-tier amenities that truly elevate the experience.
What made my stay especially memorable, however, was the exceptional service. particularly from the receptionist, Suleyman Civan Taner.
Suleyman went above and beyond in every possible way. His professionalism, warm hospitality, and genuine care for guests are truly rare. From a seamless check-in to ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect, he demonstrated an incredible level of dedication. He was always attentive, respectful, and ready to assist with a smile, making me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely valued.
It’s people like Suleyman who transform a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. His outstanding service, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence deserve special recognition.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked a room, but the air conditioning wasn’t working. Instead of offering us an upgraded room or a proper solution, the hotel moved us to a much worse room. The moment we opened the door, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, making the room very unpleasant.
We expected much better customer service. Rather than resolving the problem, we were given a room in unacceptable condition. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards we expected, and we would not recommend staying here.

På hotellet er godt men deres morgenmad ser ikke godt ud, mange er tørret og pandkager er for hårdt, æg er ikke friske, har opholdt der i 2 dage men vi er ikke glade for at spise morgenmad :/

This hotel is taking a major hit due to its restaurant and room service. The food they have is all microwaved food which is not even as good as microwave food. They are also priced as if it’s fine dining. The hotel also is relatively new but there is a lot of wear and tear which speak to the quality of fixtures and materials used, very cheap. Location only plus point is being close to the mall but the struggle for finding food near by is extremely hard and the hotels food as I mentioned is not edible. I most likely would not stay here again regardless of the competitive price. There are a select few members of staff that are nice but that cant do much to help. If the restaurant was good and had decent room service I would consider staying again and maybe push up the rating.

Udvalget til morgenmad var ikke særlig store. Det koster ekstra hvis man gerne vil have omelet eller andet. Vi var ikke vild med morgenmaden desværre. Ellers var det en ren og dejlig hotel.

Very disappointing stay.

The rooms are in poor condition and are clearly in need of renovation. There are visible cracks in the walls, wallpaper is peeling off in multiple places, and the overall condition of the room looks neglected and worn out.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the rooms are advertised with a kitchen area, yet the
"kitchen" is practically useless. There was no microwave, no plates, no cutlery, no pots, no pans, and no basic kitchen equipment whatsoever. It seems pointless to install kitchens if guests are not provided with anything needed to use them.
For the price charged, this level of maintenance is unacceptable. The property management should stop ignoring these issues and invest in proper cosmetic repairs and basic room amenities.
I am attaching photos so future guests can see the actual condition of the rooms for themselves.

I would not recommend this hotel to any one I’ve been staying here for the past 4 years this year hit breaking point last Yh I had a issue with the shower ceiling paint started leaking changed room issue resolved this year I had to call reception for clean towels twice. The safe would not open had an issue had to call 3 times in the space of a hour.
The shower was overflowing outside the door clearly the seals was not maintained my partner slipped on that water chipper her toe which started bleeding went to concierge for a plaster only to be told they had none left how can a hotel have no plasters left. On another issue the hairdryer had its wall socked ripped off can be missed fair I took it down to reception a new1 came but they didn’t even test it and that was not working after all these issues only thing was a sorry but nothing resolved only positive thing was the spa massage and the Chinese restaurant part of hotel everything else disgrace don’t recommend to anyone.

The breakfast was 25eur per person. It was expensive. The gym was not clean. The shampoo, soap …etc stuffs was not good. It was for some cheap hotels. The bathroom was broken. I told reception they did nothing

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I had a one-bedroom suite that was well-equipped and had good amenities. However, unfortunately, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable👎. The bed linens had been washed so many times that they were very thin, and in some cases even patched👎. The bathroom towels were also very old and worn out and definitely need to be replaced with new ones.👎
I was staying on the 32nd floor, which I chose for the view, but the windows were so dirty that they completely ruined the city view.👎
In my opinion, this hotel is more like a 3-star property, even though you pay prices closer to a 4- or 5-star hotel.
The breakfast was very good,👍 the staff were polite and respectful👍, the lobby was beautiful, the sauna was excellent👍and the swimming pool was decent.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10.
