I would definitely come back again. The receptionist and concierge are very nice and friendly. Housekeeping, clean breakfast restaurants magnificent. Poolside area is really nice. Great service. Everyone is smiling and wants you to be happy and enjoy your stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our time here, but I have one complaint about my experience. The breakfast buffet was frustrating. The hotel staff are constantly hovering around, eager to collect your dishes. They don’t give you a chance to enjoy your food. As soon as you take a bite, someone is already trying to clear your plate. It feels like they’re monitoring you, just waiting to swoop in. If you leave your food on the table to grab something else, it might be gone by the time you get back. They really need to give guests a bit more space

The room wasn't ready even after the check-in time. I had to change at the pool, which didn't have hot water. I caught a cold later that night.
Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" light on and the room already being cleaned by someone else, the waiter and front desk staff insisted on waking me up twice just to check if cleaning is needed.

The executive lounge staff were excellent and hotel was great. The reason we didn’t give 5 stars is that we requested non smoking and we were given email confirmation that we would be given a non smoking room, however the room was a smoking room and on a smoking floor. We only checked in around 3am and were too tired to ask for a swap and decided to keep the room
