The first room we were given smelled a little old/musty, and there was some pet hair on the floor. Would have overlooked but allergies; also, the shower had some black specks that smudged when you rubbed them. 2nd room we were moved to was much better- was clean. Still had an older hotel feel, but it was ok. Witnessed someone being escorted out by police from the lobby and could see some people in the back corner of the hotel property (near the fence/trees) engaging in unknown activities which didn't make us feel the best, but area wasn't unsafe. Would pass for somewhere else next time. But staff were friendly and helpful, they added back the 3rd star.

The rooms were nicer than either the exterior or hallways suggested. The hotels AC in the halls couldn't keep up.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and let me have a late checkout due to a late departure and that was very much appreciated.
There were some issues with the Wi-Fi that made my VPN suffer a bit so it was difficult to work as much as I'd have liked.

Average hotel, but needs to fix basic things. Broken elevator, loose toilet seat, light bulbs that don't work. Bugs in the room. Breakfast was OK, but the powdered eggs were horrible. Slow elevator, stains on carpet. Rooms made up every 3 days, DID NOT replace coffee stuff or toilet paper; Can't recommend

Concierge was professional, helpful and accommodating. Room and bathroom were a bit small but not cramped. I liked the breakfast spread and one of the staff got me a few containers of butter after hours.
The peephole in my room door is a little too high up. I thought someone was knocking and when I went to look, I had to stand on my toes and still could barely see out of it. There was also a small red stain next to my bed. It wasn’t immediately noticeable but it just looked odd.

I stayed here for 3 nights of phish. It was the perfect stay, quiet rooms, mini fridge, walkable to SNHU arena. Felt safe walking at midnight back from the shows. Overall I’m extremely happy. The staff was super friendly too!
