Lobby, elevators, cafe area looks clean. Room service was nit every day, but they kept room very clean. No smell from carpets. TV program or service was excellent with a smart TV and local channels available. Cafe was very friendly staffed.

It was a great stop as we waited for hospital admission to Millard Fillmore suburban close by. Perfect comfort and large screen tv with a couch. The cafe downstairs had great fresh food and friendly service … we didn’t need to go elsewhere and just relaxed. Will be back for sure!

Staff was totally welcoming and accommodating. The room and bed were comfortable. Everyone we encountered went beyond our expectations. We will definitely book a Courtyard on our next trip.

The outside can be more cleaned and the old trash cars from the back parking lot can be removed from parking lot, those old trash cars makes it look dirty and feels unsafe area.
The hotel itself looks like is in the middle of no where. The front of the hotel is not presentable.
Shower did not had body wash.
The AC hardly worked. Surprised cause usually Marriott’s are not like that.

Room was disgusting and not clean.cwe had to Lysol the bathroom. mildew all over the shower. we had to sacrifice a kids toy to keep the tub drain open. the A/c didn't work at all. Rugs were a sticky

It is older and dated they are doing some upgrades.
The internet was difficult to get logged in on. Really when to you want to talk to technical support for a connection.
after goofing around with it for 30 mijnutes I finally connected...bad part is not sure why. I did adjust setting on security on my computer...but nothing significant at least I thought.

Stay was good - beds are very high. Husband was unable to get up onto bed without assistance. The staff did purchase a small step stool for our stay which helped. They informed us upon leaving that they had ordered medical type step stools for others who may have problems.

Can’t believe this is a “by Marriot”, old, dated, bad furniture, uncomfortable bedding, the shower was leaking and getting the whole bathroom wet, I could go on, but you can paint the picture.
