Excellent property. Kinda rough area, but hotel room was spacious and had really nice view of the city. Very police front desk staff. The chef was amazing and very kind.

The man working the front desk was so wonderful. Very helpful, there was a small error in my room and he immediately corrected it before I would even say anything. Wonderful!

There was trash in the hallways, stains on the walls, our ceiling had a patch on the ceiling, getting off the elevators you would see trash and holes in the walls.

The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived to the room. We Had to wait over an hour and staff had to be ask twice just to get toilet paper and more wash cloths. For $300 a night guest should at least receive complimentary coffee in the morning. Although the cookies are complimentary the staff were very stingy with cookies.

The staff was super friendly for the most part. However, the AC did not work in the rooms. Very uncomfortable. We changed rooms onto a different floor and that AC was out. Spoke with guests in the elevators and their AC was also out.

The property itself was generally clean and in good condition, but I was disappointed overall. The staff and service were below expectations – not very welcoming or helpful. The biggest issue was the surrounding area, which felt dirty, unsafe, and inconvenient, with very limited transportation options. It was difficult to find good dining nearby. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the poor service and the unpleasant neighborhood.

The worst nightmare first day no towels all day because they didnt get the delivery then when they finally send towels at 11pm they were dirty i talk to the manager she said i will send you clean towels but didnt say even sorry. And for the whole stay there were no breakfast guess why because the didnt get the delivery i am not even sure how is this part of marriot

We live in NYC and we just needed a quick layover for the night and didn’t affect us as we had a car
