I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree Hotel. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the signature warm cookie at check-in was a delightful touch. My room was clean, comfortable, and refreshing free water bottle😀Airport Shuttle bus❣️

My only complaint is the shower water pressure was not good. The shuttle supposedly ended at 12midnight per the website. But after I paid $30 for a taxi, I check in and see the shuttle was actually running until 1:15AM.

Great hotel, very clean.
Only complaint is the shuttle service from the airport. These shuttle buses are always hurried and have skipped me in the past .
Also the drivers aren’t always aware of the hotel details they are servicing.

Had to pay $35 to park in the lot. Doesn’t make sense, I’m staying there. Carpets looked dirty. The hotel bar closed too early.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. It is convenient to the SFO airport with a free shuttle which is why we stayed there. Because it is so close to the airport there are some noise issues - expected. There were also some late night noisemakers in the hallways which didnt help our resting before our flight.

Property is older and a bit run down. The room was straight out of the 90’s. There were holes in the sheets and the wallpaper was peeling in areas.
The lobby bar was great. Beer was cold, the Fish Tacos were good and the service was excellent.
Overall it was just ok, and probably not worth what I spent for the 1 night. Without its close proximity to SFO I’d skip it next time. There are a ton of these hotels in the area.
