Absolutely loved everything about my stay. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. My children were so happy here, they didn’t want to leave. Kolotita at check in was awesome! Super friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about her. She really made sure our family enjoyed our stay. This hotel is also very close to Disneyland!

We stayed at this property for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we noticed the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly. I called the front desk around 10:00 p.m., and within 10 minutes, a maintenance staff member arrived and resolved the issue in under five minutes. I was truly impressed by the prompt and efficient service.
The room was spacious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant served delicious food. Although I was informed they only had Pepsi when I requested a Coke, they went out of their way to bring me a Coke with our room service order—an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that truly stood out.
It’s clear that this hotel prioritizes guest satisfaction and goes above and beyond to create a memorable stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning, and I would gladly return a hundred times over. Highly recommended!

I was concerned it would be noisy since our room was right across from the elevator but it wasn’t at all. In addition, the actual bedroom of the suite is in the back of the suite so that would have reduced the potential of a noisy evening. Very spacious room. Breakfast was good and had a large seating area, you didn’t have to search for an open table.

The elevator situation wasn’t ideal. It took forever to get up and down them. And the breakfast was nice was very crowded. I thought it would be nice that the pool area was open until midnight but it was overrun with children and very loud. Other than that the room was amazing and the property was very clean. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a little store to buy anything from. I could see that there used to be one but it was empty and blocked off. It would be beneficial to bring that back!

Our stay at Embassy Suites was wonderful. The room and hotel were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfasts in the morning were great before going to Disneyland. The shuttles to and from Disney were very convenient as well.

Overall, our stay was good. However, the fire alarms went off twice while we were there. Both went off a day apart at the same time (6:55am). They were false alarms, but we were never informed why they went off. It is extremely difficult to find parking. Every night we had to drive around the parking lot for 10-30 minutes waiting to see if someone would leave so we could park. There were two staff members that were not friendly. The breakfast was okay, the sausage was not good. Also the elevators took forever, we had a stroller so we couldn’t take the stairs. We would wait 10-20 minutes for the elevator. They also are small and don’t fit a lot of people. Most of the time after waiting, we would have to wait again since we couldn’t all fit into 1. Also I don’t think they should make their guests pay for a shuttle to Disney.

Our shower tub faucet was leaving when we arrived and didnt stop leaking making the bathrorom hot because the bathroom also did not have an exhaust fan. We booked a suite. Not very happy wi th our stay.

The Best Hotel Experience of My Life – 10 Stars If I Could! This was hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked super last-minute—literally one hour before—and everything went so smoothly. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful, so clean and inviting. Our room was spacious, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. I genuinely loved every moment of our stay. Embassy Suites Anaheim exceeded all expectations—I wish I could give more than 5 stars! It’s so family friendly. I would recommend it to anybody.

Room was great size. Beds are small, full size. Breakfast is provide with a many options including an omlet bar. We checked in on a Friday and were provide a happy hour for free includding 2 drinks and an appetizer. Not too far from the park and food options. Would definitely stay here again.

It started out great but in the middle of the night the toilet started leaking. Then at around 6:40 the fire alarm went off for a good 10 minutes so they woke us up. Then it went off again about 15 minutes later so we could not fall asleep again. They announced that they were checking on why the alarms kept going off and would let everyone know. When I left at 10:45 they still hadn't said what happened. At 7am I ask for someone to come look at the toilet because it was leaking. I had to ask several times and finally more than 1 1/2 hours he finally came up .when the engineer came he said he couldn't fix it because it was going to take a long time. So I told him I was going to check out so could come back after 11.
