We are an older couple who arrived close to midnight. My husband has difficulty walking. For our entire stay, two exceptional young men at the reservation desk, Bharath and Jeevan, made sure we had a ground floor room close to the entry, helped when we couldn't get the TV working, and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. This hotel is very well run and the entire staff is friendly and polite.

The carpet was sticky by the bed. Whatever it was made my . It made me feel that the entire room was dirty. The lamp didn't work. The HVAC was broken. I couldn't turn on the fan or the A/C. The check-in clerk was exceptionally accommodating and gave us a ground level room. We arrived so late, I decided to address the issues with the room in the morning..

The pool was closed again. We stayed with our dog overnight after a family visit. It is clean and a good for a sleep over, breakfast is sufficient for being complimentary. Great value. Not an exclusive resort place.

I Enjoyed the stay,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For the Staff but they need to update the doors lock , even you swap the card on the lock it’s not working, some of the doors not even recognize the card.

No welcoming just asked card and ID . Asked for extra towels the guy said we don’t have them , plus he was so unprofessional the way he replied it’s like you’re working for him , the breakfast was poor as well even was so cold…stains on sheets and pillows which are so flat, I even found a small bug . I will never go there again
