My stay here was a complete disappointment, and I want to warn future guests.
First, I arrived at 3:00 PM (the stated check-in time), only to be told the room wasn’t ready. No explanation, no apology — just a frustrating delay to start the visit.
The real issue came after checkout. I was falsely charged for a missing cable box that I absolutely did not take. When I called to dispute the charge, the manager, Dave, was incredibly rude, accusatory, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he doubled down and treated me with outright hostility.
The service from start to finish was unacceptable — poor communication, unprepared staff, and a manager who lacks any sense of customer care. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment.
