My stay here was a complete disappointment, and I want to warn future guests. First, I arrived at 3:00 PM (the stated check-in time), only to be told the room wasn’t ready. No explanation, no apology — just a frustrating delay to start the visit. The real issue came after checkout. I was falsely charged for a missing cable box that I absolutely did not take. When I called to dispute the charge, the manager, Dave, was incredibly rude, accusatory, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he doubled down and treated me with outright hostility. The service from start to finish was unacceptable — poor communication, unprepared staff, and a manager who lacks any sense of customer care. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment.

Other apps have very poor reviews for this place. It's not the nicest hotel ever. But to be honest with you for the Jersey shore it's clean. It's serviceable everything worked. It's not the nicest hotel of all time, but it's not a bad at all. Nothing to really complain about. Probably about 5 years outdated but it doesn't mean it's dirty or anything

Early check in was approved and got to hotel and no one at front desk. After a few minutes, I asked a little loud if anyone was there and he was sitting in the back on his phone. Told him I got confirmation for early check in and he said there is no early check in so had to come back at 3pm. Meanwhile there were no cars in parking lot. In the evening there were about 7 cars there. The front desk was arguing with an older gentleman telling him the computer showed he was a no show and they didn’t have a room for him. Also the pool is closed indefinitely and didn’t know until I got there. Horrible customer service. Breakfast was basic. Eggs, waffles, toast coffee and tea.

A man two doors down sounded like he was talking to himself with the shower running for our entire visit. All thru the night and day. A little concerned. You could him thru his room door into the hallway and into our room.

Manager (Dave) is terrible and should not be customer facing. Pulled into hotel entrance (behind two other cars) and within moments he told us to not park there. Every other hotel l’ve been at around the world this is an accepted practice when checking in and removing bags from the vehicle. Then at checkin he refused to accept my government issued id - with a legal document stating the ammended expiration date. I then asked to transfer the reservation to my spouse and he refused. He did not help to find solutions as would be expected for someone in this role. The attitude from him was despicable and speaks very poorly of this brand and their hiring practices. Do bother staying here it’s not worth the aggravation.

The must have placed all 6 of the guests in the same wing next to each other. There was clearly a party in the room next to us with people in and out of their door and loud in the hall all night. My room must have been used for a party the night before because the shower was covered in hair and our towels were stuffed in the bathroom shelf. Would never recommend or stay here again.

We are an older couple who arrived close to midnight. My husband has difficulty walking. For our entire stay, two exceptional young men at the reservation desk, Bharath and Jeevan, made sure we had a ground floor room close to the entry, helped when we couldn't get the TV working, and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. This hotel is very well run and the entire staff is friendly and polite.
