It appeared the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in awhile, but everything else about my stay was a blessing.

The room was nice and comfortable. The sitting area was set up nicely. All in all it was a good experience. Would stay there again.

Had 2 rooms for our stay. In one room, the bathroom door closed and guest could not get out without working the handle just right. Pubic hair on the floor, some sort of brown

The hotel was perfect for our quick trip to Edmond. The family running the hotel was friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable. It looks like they are doing repairs to the hotel and cleaning up areas that were neglected by the former owners. We did enjoy the pool with our grandkids.

My family and I drove to this hotel from Sidney Nebraska for a wedding. They were super understanding when it came in to coming in late as I have children. However the service was less than friendly and made me feel unwelcome. They offered breakfast from 6-9 but when we went out twice they were completely out of food. On the first morning only 2 out of the 6 of us were able to eat and they said the breakfast tasted weird like it was old. I’m not sure what happened or why it was this way. We were told we could use the locking side door for entrance closer to our room but the door never locked. As someone who works for a best western I had higher expectations for a best western property.

Outside of some peeling paint in the bathroom, the room was great. There was some corners of the room that could have been cleaner but for the $ the room was better than expected.

Door lock was broken and walls are paper thin. Neighboring room tennants noisy and smoking even though entire hotel is supposed to be non smoking. Overall everything youd expect from a cheap hotel.

We stayed here for the convenience of Edmond and UCO. We were traveling as a family of 5. So naturally we had a lot of stuff. The hotel staff put us on the 2nd floor. With NO elevator. So we had to trek all our stuff up 2 flights of stairs. The room itself was old and run down. The free breakfast was going to be a plus for us, but the powdered eggs were burned and very little. Again, I was travelling with a party of 5 and the guy only put out a spoon full of eggs. The rates were cheap, now I know why. This was def a case of you get what you pay for. We will just pay the extra costs down the road at Marriott.

If you went to this hotel expecting a 5 star experience like some reviews appear to suggest you will be disappointed. But if you want a reasonable 2 star accomodations for a bed and a shower you will be pleasantly surprised. Though the place is kind of old and in need of more updating than a coat of paint the room was clean, the water pressure was ok and the room had Cable TV with lots of channels, a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker and an Iron and a hair dryer. The sheets were fresh but the mattress was a little old but I did not wake up with a sore back. This hotel was very much worth a half a C Note to stay at overnight. I did not swim there or look at the indoor pool and I did not eat the complimentary breakfast which seem to be nice ammenities for a two star hotel.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in a long time. The bathroom was dirty with dried snot on shower walls and tub dingy. We left and when came back our card keys were de-programmed. Walls had damaged, floors were dirty. We stayed in a non-smoking room but the smoke odor was super strong. In fact the whole hotel smelled bad. The doors to the get in the hotel were broke and anyone could enter the hotel.

Clean, quiet, good price, good location and a pool.

Decent breakfast large clean room would stay again

The rooms are fine but the lack of cleanliness is concerning. Our towels and bed sheets had stains on them. Outdated TVs and the carpet in the hallways seem dirty. Probably won’t book this one again

It's very affordable for a one-night stay. The beds were clean and fresh; the breakfast was good. The bathroom and shower could have used a more thorough cleaning as there were marks in the shower that were easily scrubbed away.

This property was so dirty it was horrible, no elevator so stairs was it. The stairs had been cleaned in so long it was nasty. The bathroom had half used products and the bathroom walls were nasty from oil/grease from someone’s dirty hands. It smelled so bad it was unreal. I thought maybe I’d see if the room didn’t smell but it also did so I left without even a second thought. And of course it slipped my mind to take any photos for proof. And when I reached out to Expedia they tried to get a refund and I explained my whole situation and the hotel could care less. Cleaned the room and then sent them the “clean” room as they’d call it so they didn’t have to give you my money back
