Luxury Hotels in Nhat Tan Ward, Tay Ho District

Hi , Westlake Tay Ho Hotel is summary is Ok, but it a little bit noisy. General is good, staff and all facilities are good also view from the room where we stay. Ok, recommend.

Fully furnished apartment, clean

This is the hotel I stayed in Hanoi for 4 days and 3 nights. Really like the space, very modern and clean. The staff is very cute, enthusiastic and gallant. Solved the problem very quickly. There is a location a bit far from the center but that ' s okay. Clean room with full amenities. Cooking utensils are complete and very good. The bathroom is fully equipped with a dryer, shampoo, and shower gel. Very clean and thoughtful. If I have a chance to go to Hanoi, I will definitely stop here again.

We stay at big room with the balcony. Nice view, good location to my family's needs. Host and staffs are very friendly. I will recommend this to my friends

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation so there are some inconveniences in check-in.

I do not normally give feedback to the hotels or apartments I stayed in, but I guess, this place really deserves to get the highest rate. All of the staff displayed amazing and excellent customer service. From the owner of the apartment down to the staff, they were all very accommodating and very friendly. From cleaning the rooms up to the multi-function room facilities. The location was just perfect, walking distance to the Westlake, groceries, pharmacy, money changer, food stalls and of course, very accessible going to city centre. This apartment comes with free wifi that a great network connection and that made me feel like I am still home. I would not ever hesitate to get back to this apartment if I have any chance. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for the best service apartment/travel experience in Hanoi
