that's the second time I've been here, everything is good

The Receiption is OK but the facilities inside the room quite low quality.

the location is not strategic, and no fast food restaurant near it

The room was I guess OK for the price and yes so near in the airport. But what stands out was this guy we don't know what is his name if he is a security guard or whatever. He literally block us on our way up to our room. He use their language and rudely get our key card and examine it if it was original or not. I don't know what ' s their issue because we don't understand them. The girl receptionist and the guy talked but not in English so we really don't understand. Then when we asked about it they did not reply. It was a horrible and insulting experience. It never stopped there because everytime the rude guy seen us he would look at us as if we have done something wrong even though we did nothing. We really don't even know what his issue is but I'm glad it happened on the last day of our stay and its over. Never again to comeback in this hotel. I regret my decision in booking this hotel 🙄😡😒😑😠.

Facilities are new and very good equals to the prices. Super friendly staff.

The hotel itself is honestly good and comfortable however the staffs are very impolite, we checked out 9am then suddenly they knocked on our room when inside to check while we were there. He checked the room badly as if we took or treated the room bad. Then they charged as for complimentary water. First, they want us to pay for the hotel but we booked online and this is already paid. They don't know their process and don't know how to treat hotel guests nicely.
